Is this guy trying to sell me a LCR017-D bike for 5k euros?

I was looking for a new bike after being mowed down by a car, and i stumbled upon this guy https://www.finn.no/recommerce/forsale/item/417932806.
I asked him what kind of frame brand he has, and he refuse to answer. I did some research, and i think the frame looks just like the LCR017-D from LightCarbon, and the wheels and handlebars also looks like they are from Lightcarbon. I told him what i found on google and he refuse to answer anything about it. He say specificly: "Unfortunately, I won't say where I bought the frame... I recommend you do thorough research if you buy on your own." and "I've spent a lot of time and resources finding the right factory and setup, so I won't share exactly where it comes from."
A bit strange communication from his end since he is trying to sell the bike...
- Can someone here look at it and tell me if you also find it very similar to the LCR017-D?
- Is 5000 euros worth it for a used Ultegra LCR017-D?

Why would you pay that much for 7.5kg? You could get something like the ICAN FL1 and build a 6~ something kg bike for 30k NOK, my guesstimate.

That bar tape finishing is ghastly.

I would never buy that bike for 5k euros.. Tbh, i find it slightly disrespectful. Atleast if he want to rip me off and i clearly communicate to him i will not buy his bike, he could atleast just tell me where he bought the frame..
Feels like he is trying to make a business out of it. Kind of disrespectful.
He also writes in his used bike sales post that he builds and sells new bikes with same setup. 5200 euros for new with ultegra, 6000 euros for new with dura ace.

Well, you asked if 5k EUR is worth it for a used Ultegra LCR017-D, so I assumed you were speculating to purchase it.

He might’ve gotten lucky before selling an “ultralight carbon race bike” to a less analytical buyer than you, and you Norwegians are filthy rich so someone will buy it sooner or later  the pricing and communication style is cheeky to say the least.

You should send him this forum link and tell him you’ve made a tribute post about his unique bike. It’s simply too special not to share it further!
