Seeking Advice - Road Frame w/ 600+ Stack 400+ Reach & STA of 74 degrees or more

I've been a lurker of this forum on and off for nearly a year. I've seen some frames that offer some of the geometry I'm looking for here but I've yet to find the whole package. I know that the XL sizing tends to not be the highest priority but I'm wondering if there are any OEM frames that fit the geometry requirements I'm looking for. I currently have a custom-made bike (originally made for someone else) that fits these but I'm looking to be able to fit wider tires and run disc brakes (photo shows current bike)

Stack: I would really prefer 620ish, but anything taller than 600 is in the right ballpark
Reach: 400mm is right in the sweet spot
Seat Tube Angle: 74 degrees or greater

Preferred -
BB drop: greater than 70, closer to 80 is preferrable given both wider tire and shorter crank trends
chainstay: less than 420, though overall RC would be dependent on bb drop
in-line seat post
room for 36mm tires

In terms of western carbon, I'm aware of the BMC Roadmachine, Look 765 Optimum, and Simplon (several bikes) but I wanted to know if there are any eastern options.

Not aware of any off the shelf carbon frames from China that tick these boxes.
I am in the similar "position" and ended up with a Waltly custom titanium frame - did you consider this option?

A friend of mine has a 62 roadmachine that I work on from time to time.
Not that impressed to be honest, the front end is extreme bendy. To the point I took everything apart to check for cracks.

Apparently they’re all like that 🤷🏼

Anyway. I recently built a Gloria Allroad for him, and that massively exceeded my expectations for quality and design.
Ive personally owned over 14 TI frames over the past 20 years, and the Gloria would compare to frames costing two or three times the price.

Velobuild 368 Aerotrace in size 58 might get you close.

Check out the lightcarbon lcr018d in the largest size, it looks like it gets you reasonably close. The stack of the frame is a little lower than you wanted, but there handlebar that comes with it has an 8mm rise I believe

The stack also doesn’t include any mandatory spacers needed to fit the bars. You can assume that will be anything from 6-10mm on top.

I was also looking for a frame with similar specifications. Ended up with LCR018-D, which was the closest I could find.

If you're willing to spend more money the Elilee Blize (or even their lighter XXE version) would pretty much check all your boxes in either XL or even XXL:

I guess I should say - for me the order of importance is 74 degree or greater STA, then stack, then reach, then bb drop.

I may just need to look for a gravel frame instead. That aero frame from velobuild is close in terms of numbers (but too long for me) but overall I'm more of an all day endurance rider rather than crit racer.

I have also had Ti bikes in the past but am looking for a carbon frame at this time.

I forgot to mention but another western bike that now falls into this category is the new specialized Aethos (2).

That Elilee frame does hit a lot of boxes!! I'm going to keep that in mind while I see if I can find something cheaper.
