The price of GP5000s has gotten so absurd.
I'm VERY curious about those tires - let us know how they hold up. I need to replace my GP5000s at some point and damn, are they expensive.

Also curious. They seem just too cheap :)

Bought a full ultegra 12 speed group for 872 euro, interested what the import tax to eu is going to be tho

would be nice from you to keep us up to date. For Germay our customs would roughly charge about 220€ incl. DHL who pay the taxes in advance

I've been using the Conti Grand Prix and have put about 2,000km on them. I'm using them with tubes and was initially worried about puncture protection since it uses 3 ply vs 4ply with tubeless but so far is been good.

Obviously heavier than gp5000's and I notice the difference but can't complain as it costs a fraction of the price. This is much better than the ultra and grand sport.

You can pick these up for US$12 delivered on the coins page.

The regular Grand Prix are great, I've had them stock on my bike. Thinking about upgrading to tubeless and 50 usd per pair seems much better than 50 for one GP5000. I've heard that rolling resistance is a bit better on the 5000s but can't lose what I don't have right?

Has anyone come across some cheap tires in the 35-38c range on Aliexpress? Those Grand Prix look pretty great but unfortunately only in smaller sizes.

AE has some good deals on GoodYear Eagle F1 tires, around ~$30usd a pop. I'm happy with their performance so far, they're the "high-end" 120tpi class tires with various sizes. Both clincher and tubeless.

The Conti GP rated 60tpi, they ride like 60tpi tires, good for training, casual riding.
GP5000 rated 120tpi, feel supple and racy.

my goal is to shop for 120tpi tires for 60tpi prices.

Goodyear Eagle F1 do seem like a good competitor at 120tpi and around $70 for 700x32 tubeless on Ali.

Good to know G8 copies exist, I was dreading to buy new ones when my arch pieces wear out, it's hard to find them separately. I wonder if the arch pieces fit to the original G8 insoles.

I bought these in the past. Out of the package, into my shoes and then straight into the garbage bin.
