The FCC IDs confirm they are separate entities: ThinkRider (Wuxi Thinkrider Technology) is registered under 2BOPJ, while XCADEY is registered under 2ANM5.
The battery life specifications differ significantly as well. The ThinkRider PP5 is rated for 300 hours, whereas XCADEY models (including Gen2) typically offer around 150 hours. This strongly suggests different internal hardware and power management.
The magnetic 2-pin charging port is actually a generic off-the-shelf component used by several Chinese brands (including some Sigeyi models), so it’s not a reliable indicator of rebranding.
