I have it, works great.
That is good info. Need something that can press out the first bearing from my hub. I have an extraction tool I can use when I get behind :)

 Doesn't look like it  plus it's showing $100 delivery charge on my end. Seen lots of blind bearing pullers on Ali for half this price - not as nice looking or as nice of a case though.
I have a hope until someone can prove otherwise.

I'm looking for a tool that I can use to replace the bearings on my Elitewheels Aero+ which are of course dt swiss style hubs. The ceramic bearings are running pretty rough after about a year of riding (not even that much tbh).

Now, please correct me if I'm wrong -- it's the first time I'm looking into any sort of bearing removal / pressing -- but I don't think the tool quoted in the post I'm quoting is suitable to press in new bearings because it lacks the proper sized sleeve drift to sit against the outer race. Right?

You will get the bearing out using it but getting new ones in without damaging them... questionable.

So I think that ZTTO tool the thread is about (https://de.aliexpress.com/item/1005007010375104.html) should be the appropriate tool to completely replace the bearings. Remove old ones without hammers or anything, and press in new ones the proper way.

I'm looking for reassurance here lol

It also seems to be the cheapest toolset I was able to find for this job.

Recently I purchased this one, works great. To remove the first bearing I use a blind bearing puller I got from Ali long time ago. Does the job.

Just realized the EliteWheels Aero+ hubs use 17287 bearings.

According to this manual (https://manuals.plus/ae/1005006577859520) a 1728 external bearing adapter is an option on the ZTTO kit but I can't find that adapter option anywhere including their own website.

I guess pressing in a 28mm OD bearing with a 26mm drift would also work, but surely it's not ideal..?

Unfortunately not ideal, no - in this scenario, you want to press against the outer bearing race. I don't know whether your hub is similar to the one in the following video but if it is, there seems to be enough clearance to use the 17x30 (i.e. 6903 bearing) drifts.

At around the 9:10 mark the technician has installed both the drive and non-drive side bearings and shows you both hub ends. To me it looks as if there is enough room for a 30mm outer diameter drift; it's a bit of a gamble though and again, I have no idea whether this hub resembles yours.

(3D printing a set of drifts may also be an option, good enough for occasional use.)

Wow, thank you so much! That is very good info.

These are pictures I took to identify the bearings. The hubs are different but it looks like there could be enough room around the outer race — at least on one side.
I'll have to check if it's level with the outer race.

I think I've also identified a suitable adapter. Part number: TKHTMR1728O
Unfortunately it's hardly available anywhere. Only shops that list it available are possibly fake shops or have very bad reviews :-X

I should have mentioned that you can purchase various drifts as single items although I can't find any on AliExpress, perhaps I'm missing the magical keywords.
