For transparancy: I am an official partner of XMCS for the Netherlands. We are in daily contact with Peter on new products and developments. In that sense we have q bit more insights - which we can share here (after checking with Peter whether it is confidential or not 😉).

There are two new XMCS road frames coming. No final names yet, although we have designed branding and naming. Still tbc how this will play out.

1 frame is more aero focused, whilst retaining a relatively light weight (930g, size M, unpainted). The other frame is a bit more allround, although the geometry is quite similar. Bit more exposed seat post for compliance, slightly lighter weight (haven’t heard the exact weight yet).

I’ll keep posting updates here when I can. Size M aero frame testing is pretty much completed. Due to CNY finalizing for shipping will take a bit longer. I’m hearing availability starting end of April / May.

Will the price be the same if we order from XMCS directly or your store ?

We apply exactly the same prices as XMCS: xmcs price + shipping + 5% paypal fee * exchange rate USD to EUR. We can also sell from stock in NL, but we’re still working on the pricing for that given the extra shipping leg etc.

We will build up the new aero model once it’s available so people can test ride it, incl of course XMCS wheels, XMCS handlebar (little surprise coming here too maybe 😉), XMCS chaingring and cranks etc.

Nice to see the first actual photos. Looks great! I hope to place an order later in the year when XS or S becomes available. Can I check if you will be posting from NL or the good are delivered from China to the customer? I ask because I am in the UK, so posting from the NL more likely to result in high customs charges vs receiving direct from China. So for UK customers it may make sense to order direct from XMCS…

We can do both, but for UK you may just as well order with XMCS/Peter directly. Only benefit if you order with me is that regardless of the way of shipping, we are your contact point if there is an issue, or if you need to ship back something for warranty/repairs. Given the high quality standard of XMCS this shouldn't happen much anyway.

What do you mean with surprise ? Lighter or in a design way?  It is different from what other brands make?

Wow, the aero frame is looking really good - well done Peter!
AND, you've went for the 2 bolt saddle clamp design which I think can't be beaten for its simplicity and ease of micro adjustment, so thank you for that - plus zero setback option which is also essential these days.

Really looking forward to getting the full specs on this and final cost in a 54cm frame.
