The Merckx in the size L seems really nice. I think the Noah Fast 3.0 with 5mm or 10mm drop to increase the stack is a little nicer in the M and S sizes. One of the challenges here is that with drop bars you cant close up the body like you do on TT bikes, nor do you get the aerobars that are basically fairings these days, so a higher stack frame is only faster if you don't get more aero by moving your body lower. AFAIK, the aero position analogy to TT bikes is more like it was with straight extensions from back in the day, vs. the current high-hands ones.
Edit: this is topical and released today
https://escapecollective.com/traditional-vs-progressive-road-geometry-a-wind-tunnel-test/. The summary is too high a lot slower, too low a little slower. There is such a thing as a just-right height.
Either way, it's great that more choices are coming for bikes like this, but it's going to take a while for things to settle out.
My body is a disaster. Not only do I have collapsed foot arches which are totally flat, I have skinny heels and a very high instep. So my inward pedaling style has me occasionally rubbing both the top tube and seat post. Add to the fact my right leg is shorter by about 5-6mm due to a basketball injury, I've gotten accustomed to asymmetry on the bike. No saddle sores or knee pain. Just asymmetry. Gotta love insoles and wedges. Never mind my long arms, femurs, and super short torso.
I've gone to two professional bike fitters. One said I need an even longer reach. The other said I need to move my saddle forward. Both have said my body has a particularly easy ability to adjust to extreme and suboptimal fits. Whatever that means. At this point, I'd rather just do it myself with a turbo trainer and a camera. I am super jealous of anyone with a smooth and symmetrical pedaling style.
Perhaps the Factor One might be my solution
The ability to play with fit whenever I feel like it has, IMO, made my Kickr Bike one of my best-value quality-of-life purchases. I've managed to get less fit but faster and be comfortable for longer on the bike. Up there with a good blender and coffee maker.
