ZTTO Gen3 cassette

over 3k km and since new it had some issues with shifting from 9th to 8th and 8th to 9th cog. Now I'm putting new (4th) chain and I can't seem to find any other problems with this cassette on alu sprockets nor steel ones. No racing just chill rides (around avg. 150-230W) with some harder climbs where I'm pushing from 250W avg. up to 600/800W when I need to catch a roadie and act like it's my Z2 The funny part is that I'm bearly using those last cogs just to keep them blue hahaha Honestly I just hate rear heavy gravels with MTB cassettes so this ztto in a 2x setup is doing great job for it's cost

Or maybe cheap fake chains, which also could be the problem.

Yeah, that may be a thing. I see no point in using anything else then dura ace chain with wax, I'm using bikes pro wax and my chain gas almost 4k km with 55k m of elevation gain. Still not at 0.5mm

I've said that I'm putting a 4th chain which means I'm doing around 1000 km per chain and since, it is not my only bike with 12s drivetrain, it's just being reused on one that cassette doesn't work with new chains or I don't care about shifting smoothness for ex. my enduro
KMC X12 works best for me and I'm waxin' since last year

I'm riding this cassette in the 11s 11-32 version for 1800km now in a hilly region. They where very noisy from the beginning. Now very loud clicking noise started arising, when I am riding the biggest cogs (the three biggest alloy ones). First I couldn't figure out what it was, and thought it came from my wheels. But then I realized that it came from the rivets that keep the alloy fixed to the steal ones. There is probably play in it.
I can not recommend this cassette at all! Don't buy it. I am now considering buying the more expensive riro ultralight cassette on which only the two biggest cogs are made of alloy. Does any  one has experience with it?

Goldix is great ztto slr3 is a lottery

Yes, see the attached picture.

For reference it was the first version on slr3, now supposedly it's a little heavier because they made the connection stronger. But I moved to Goldix all steel ult cassette and don't wanna hassle with ztto slr3 anymore

I have bought two of these over winter and have about 2000km on each of them. Here is my experience.
After about 1000km they became noisy, and started to make my bike sound pretty cheap or like the chain wasnt lubed ever.
And now, after about 200km shifting is very off. Sometimes on a downshift and sometimes up. It will start to skip cogs, not catch etc. Replacing back with Shimano over the weekend.

At this point I am down with these light weight cassettes AND the carbon chainrings. Nothing comes close to even basic 105 for durability and pleasure of use.

I have to say that mine also started to get really loud, i already thought that the front chain rings are the problem. But getting so loud during the ride that you could hear it from the back.

At the moment i put some old TPU tube slices between the cogs and it is so much quieter, i have to order another casette.

Just realized my ztto ult 3 (all steel) has one tooth broken, after about 6000km, the shifting is still good but im putting ultegra back, until i find something lighter

Normal for ztto, among other things I discovered that ztto and Goldix are both produced by Sunshine, so I thought Goldix was better? Maybe you can save yourself with this Goldix cassette https://it.aliexpress.com/item/1005009145670643.html but at this point I don't know which one to go with

Think that goldix is the same as ztto, same riveted construction.
Will probably get dura ace and be safe.
Going to ultegra from ztto seems like my bike weights a kilo more than before 🤣

My ZTTO XD freewheel cassette lasted 1.5 years, less than 1000 miles.
