I have got this stem with spacers. Very decent quality

Was it neccesary to run that spacer from mondince first under the stem?

The spacers on the bike are from Mondince. They have three points that attach to each other. That's why I had to have a headset spacer in addition so the cables were hidden.
Maybe it can be done in another way that I didn't understand how.

I had to use the extra spacer in my hand to hide cables.

looks really nice. But is it a 336 with the flipchip fork from the 316?

Yes, I changed the fork to a more aggressive one. I like bikes with more aggressive handling. A holdover from riding fixed gear😁

I've been happy with my frame. Just built up the 296 and it's sick. My biggest gripe is with Lexon and their handlebars. The bars feel/look fantastic but crack while torquing to 5nm (manufacturers specs). With how many folks this has happened to, I find it interesting that they have such good reviews on AE.

Anyway, wrong thread but here is my 296. Blacked out.
