Personally, I wouldn’t run anything with only 3mm of tire clearance. Industry standard is 4mm and it’s becoming 6mm for gravel. I think you could get away with 3mm if you are strictly riding champagne gravel in dry conditions, but that’s probably it.

Clearance on each side is 4,4mm based on what the other user said (46,8mm width from a 44mm thundero + 6mm allen each side = 58,8mm real clearance). I still believe a 50mm could fit. If not maybe I can go for the 48HD from TUFO at the front and 44HD at the rear.

I also attached the video of my frame. Shipment will happen by tomorrow.

I finally have two options for the tyres:

Option 1:
Tyres Front: Schwalbe G-One R PRO 700 x 50mm
Tyres Rear: Schwalbe G-One R PRO 700 x 45mm
Wheelset geometry: Depth 45mm x inner width 24mm x outer width 31mm

Option 2:
Tyres Front: Schwalbe G-One R PRO 700 x 45mm
Tyres Rear: Schwalbe G-One R PRO 700 x 45mm
Wheelset geometry: Depth 45mm x inner width 30mm x outer width 36mm

Of course option 1 is risky, since it theoretically let me keep only 4,4mm clearance on each side at fork.
What do you guys think?

Hello, I don't know if you saw my post but I am using wheels with the same measurements as yours and I am running G-ONE RS 50mm front and G-ONE RS 45mm rear with vittoria airliners inside and no problem. There is enough clearance (6mm each side rear and maybe 5mm at the front)

Is somebody using a 32mm inner wheels with 45c tires on this frame? I'm thinking on a pair of CSC gravel 40x41 with 32mm internal, but have doubts about the rear clearance.

If I didn't misunderstand, I have the answer to that on page 20. The Zipp rims have 32mm inner width. and have 44mm tufo tires with good clearance. =47 mm wam

Thank you very much. I'm investigating and CSC have two websites, confirmed legit by chat with CSC on Aliexpress.

In one of them, I can choose 40*38 with 29 internal, the price is more or less the same but in the site there is no option to promotions as Ali, but I think are a better option to choose...

It is tight but fits, I think I should be able to fit a 50mm on my side as well. You mentioned there is clearance for 5mm on each side, its seems to bit a bit less, maybe the perspective of the picture fake it a bit?. Did you mentioned once you have measured it at around 52mm total width? That would give a total physical clearance of 62mm, which I believe is a lot and not representing the reality.

I will double check again but yes, the inflate to approx 52mm. I haven't had any rubbing or anything at the fork. 45mm tires will inflate to 48-49 so I think that's safer if you want to do that. Also my tire doesn't have tall knobs. If you are going with the PRO R or RX that could be tighter.

yes, you need adapters for 160mm rotors. I have ordered the ones from Galfer:
Galfer SB006 Flatmount Disc Adapter Front
Galfer SB007 Flatmount Disc Adapter rear

After issues with fork in FM326 I've changed the order to FM336 and it's ready to ship. I hope it's only light and the fork matches the orange on frame, as Jack said me.
