Help my decide between theese frames!

Hello everyone,
I need some input on deciding between a few framesets. This will be my first modern road bike, and I’m just looking for an entry into the road bike world again. The bike will be used in flat and windy Denmark, so I wanted to hear which one of these framesets you would recommend for my use case.

1.   Seraph / Tan Tan TT-x68
I’ve generally heard good stuff about this frame, but on the contrary, I’ve heard that customer support is not as good, and QC on this frame can be lacking. So, is this true? As I don’t want to have to take the frame to a store to have the frame faced and chased. What are people’s experiences this this frame?

2.   Light Carbon LCR017-D
From what I’ve read and seen Light Carbon tend to have better QC, and therefore a better-quality frame and build experience, but I feel like there are lack of reviews on how the frame rides. I doubt that it is slower than any of these frames listed here, but it would be nice to know how it does in compared to other frames.

3.   Hygge model S (Updated EPS version)
This was the frame I initially had my eyes on, but its only because it is subjectively a very good-looking frame, visually speaking. As far as I have read, there have been some problems here and there with the headset expander and etc, but it seems largely resolved now. So, is this frame any good in compared to the others here?

These are the frames I’m looking at right now. I am open to other frames, but as you may have noticed all these frames have a threaded BB. Frames like the ICAN A9 and Elves Falth Pro were also on my list but got cut due to being press fit. Is this really an issue though? Have people found the holes on these frames built with good enough tolerances? And should I also reconsider press fit frames?

lightcarbon is heads and shoulders above that, even though the 17D had plenty of horror stories on this forum and i wouldnt ride it. I'd get the 18D over the 17D. I'd wager the 18D is faster despite the crazy tyre clearance.

Have you looked into the SC-R55D, it isn't that well known that there's a T47 version now.
It supposedly comes from the same factory has the Tavelo Arow, I've got the pressfit version and can tell that the frame is really nice.

As for budget, if you ask Tavelo, I'm sure they can get you an Arrow frame and handlebar for €1,400 (a little more in dollars). The fact is, you're getting a much better bike for €200 more. With Quick Pro and Winspace, you're already over €2,000, so I wouldn't recommend it.

I'm talking about €1,400 because there's a YouTuber in Italy selling the frame for that price; I imagine he's also an ambassador for the brand.
If I had to do it again, I'd buy that one with a grain of salt. If i'm not mistaken, for less than €3,000, you'll get a complete bike with Ultegra Di2, which isn't bad at all.

Personally, I've been very happy with the R088 model. When the frame (which I'm currently using) arrived, it had a quality defect in two areas, and without hesitation, they sent me another frame, so within a week I had everything fixed. You don't even see support like this from the most renowned brands.

If you'd like, I'm open to other suggestions. In any case, both the Tavelo, R088, and SC-R55D are excellent bikes. My advice: focus on the brand and use the one that makes you happy, you'll make your money back

They all seem to come out the same factory as the Tavelo and Adapt so very similar design wise, also if you look for "state bicycle phil gaimon" you will see that State American brand is using the SC-R55D and Phil Gaimon praised the frame (not that it says a lot), but with luck we might be able to see the frame get into the wind tunnel.

On a side note, i checked Winspace's website, and they currently have the Agile+handlebars for 1200$, provided you use a discount code (Ive used Patrick Linos here). Its a very compelling option, and i might just go for it.

If it is your new and first bike in years you may avoid one piece cock pit. You don't know your current position and capabilities and that expensive piece of carbon might go straight into the bin after a week. I advice you to get a regular ACR-style stem which allows you to change handlebars and stem length without complete disassembly of the front end. You probably won't need one piece cockpit for at least a year. Both Speeder and LightCarbon could provide ACR-compatible headset, don't know about the rest.

If you are coming back from long break, endurance geometry will be the safest bet to get comfortable an built the basement for racier geos. Thus, LCR018 might work the best for you.

Hi, I was in a similar position recently and also looked at the same frames you mentioned. In the end, I chose an ICAN FL1 (it has a threaded BB). The build process was straightforward, and the overall finish was solid. You can see that specific topic for more details about that frame. Thanks.
