Hi all. Does anyone know anything about Tukus? Any reviews or anything?
Found this 50mm, 25mm internal, 32mm external, 1095g wheelset and it looks promising...

I don't know them, you know. I saw a preview of a video by an Italian YouTuber, but I haven't seen the actual video.

That said, they're quite expensive on Alix https://it.aliexpress.com/item/1005011944186707.html, and there are no reviews. I'll dig a little deeper...

I'm looking at these: https://www.tukuswheels.com/products/evolution
Not sure about carbon-steel hybrid spokes - never seen that before. Never heard of RD60 hub before as well. Also no weight limit listed... But sub 1100g wheelset at 50mm is very impressive. And at a very reasonable pricepoint (at least compared to 9velo and such).
If everything is as it looks it's a very nice looking proposition... I contacted them and i'll post their answers here if anyone is interested about more info.

I have been taking to this brand for two weeks now.
Another one popping up claims to have been selling domestically in China the last 6 years and als an OEM for 14 years.
Obviously due to fierce competition they are looking to sell internationally.
Website pretty well laid out free shipping (built into the prices no doubt)
Plus they have 13% off at moment.
Wavy profile wheels same wavy spokes that SCRIBE wheels makes aero claims and patented claims on

You will be buying these on looks
I spoke to Tukus and said I would be honest
There heavy
Expensive XMC wheels are cheaper
Hub is old tech need replacing
6mm wavy spokes are a sales gimmick and unnecessary. Friend ride them who races said they were stiff but a coffee shop Wheelset.
I removed the decals to loud to much going on.
But well presented and good quality fit the change a few things and reduce the prices there onto a good thing.
Would I buy these wheels no, there Evolution line looks much better spec and price wise

Not to mention, most of them have 21mm IW. I was intrigued because some user on facebook group is shitting on DFS while praising Tukus. Turns out, the spokes are non-captive and they have 21mm IW lol.

But I agree, Tukus Evolution is an interesting one.

These are 23mm inner
Some people will alway get there nose bent out of shape maybe he really like the wheels definitely not better than the DFS offerings!  Currently in Mallorca on my 55/55mm with the R2 hub so far been a great set of wheels I do like this hub.

The evolutions are the same as what many of the smaller brands and OEM are selling. It’s an open mould rim same as the 9Velo but it not the lightest rim option from wherever it is they are sourcing the rims from plus still think the price is hight considering there brand presence and what else is available on the market
