Because I trust AliExpress more, which still acts as an intermediary between the buyer and the seller. However, in this case, where the costs are much lower, I'd say I can "take the risk."

You know you pay through PayPal, which would cover you in case of an issue.

This is strange - the frame has fender mounts, but fork isn't. Only cage mounts. Maybe there will be on production units?
I kind of want this frame but fullsize fenders is a requirement.

hey mate, did they tell you they would remove the rivets from the seatstays? i asked and they said they can only remove them from the fork, but not the frame

Seems to be a common practice among the ali sellers. Instead of creating a new listing they update an existing one that had sales and reviews
