Bike routes around Prague?

In reality, It's probably too late for this since Wednesday is my last day here, but, I am visiting my parents who live in Prague (I came from the US). I thought I would be okay leaving my bike at home but I am starting to get really sick of normal tourist stuff and I am considering trying to find a decent road bike somewhere (that part I can figure out on my own). What I have no idea about is where to ride. Ideally like 35-50km and hilly would be nice. Does anyone have any suggestions for a nice route? I am staying by Letna inside Prague and I have absolutely no idea if there is nice biking around here or not. I tried googling things but wasn't really finding anything good. I'm not the most experienced traveler/tourist and I don't really use much social media so it's possible I just don't know where to look.

My suggestion is to try one of the route planning sites/apps like RideWithGPS or Komoot - you may need to create an account if you don't have one.

It looks like there's a cycle path along the river, presumably not the hilliest adventure but minimal risk of getting lost.

(You may need to recenter the map over Prague if it doesn't do so by default.)

A bit late to respond I guess, but if you want to do a hilly route, you have to get through the city and head south. My favorite routes are all there. Quite hilly with beautiful landscape. Also some nice Cafés around there. If you ever come back, let me know, I can show you around.
