Stack height on the hbr20 is 30mm !! Seems like it was intended to run with little to no spacers. Not sure about the stem angle, doesn't look like -10 and more like -6 from the drawings.

Where are you getting the -ve angle from? Surely this is a +ve angle?

Bars look ok accept from the side angle if these are the same ones on the LCR020-D picture in this thread.

They are pretty cheap but I'll have a set of CRW HB01 and possibly a set of XMCS aero riser so I might go with one of those instead.

I calculated the stem angle to be around +16 degrees based on this image but perhaps someone who has used any shape of math the last decade could verify this.

+16 degrees is right. Pretty huge difference in horizontal reach as well compared to a conventional -6 degree stem.

90mm = 13mm less reach, 32mm more rise
100mm = 14mm less reach, 35.4mm more rise
110mm = 16mm less reach, 39mm more rise
120mm = 17mm less reach, 42.5mm more rise

My bad, it was late at night when I posted this and I had the stem length calculator open at the same time.

If it's indeed +16, then that is ridiculous. How much extra stack do they think we need for an aero frame.

So maybe 90mm stem could have 16° stem angle, but maybe 120mm stem will have just guessing 12° stem angle to fit in that 30mm rise dimension.
That would make more sense to me than on every stem length to have different rise, just have one (30mm) rise dimension and then alter stem angles, but that is just my speculation.

Nope definitely not certain. The drawing states 1:1 scale with multiple stem lengths at a fixed angle, but it could be an incomplete/draft drawing.

That would definitely make more sense. the "30mm stack" terminology is also ambiguous. That could technically point to the vertical height of the steerer clamp of the stem as well.
One piece riser bars by way of stem angle seems like an overcomplicated way to execute. On the product side, the stem length becomes totally different. On the production side, you have completely different shapes for every stem length. I also don't think they look better than the avro-rise shape.

I hope this handlebar doesn't turn out to be anything like the onirii riser bar (which is hideous). The options for an aftermarket bar are limited because it uses a proprietary top cap cover unless someone is prepared to 3d scan and reprint. I suppose you can use a standard round cover but it won't be aesthetically pleasing.

Heck yeah, thanks for posting, I think it looks pretty good, I already have one coming :). The only thing for me that there does not seems to bee much of space for tire down around chainstays, but that can be photo illusion. Iam still hoping my rear rim witch measure 36.6 external will fit with no problem.

BTW, did anyone measured the actual STA of this frame? I read in the ICAN A54 thread that the STA on geometry chart is not the true STA due to the design of the frame
