I’d be disappointed too. The performance may or may not be affected, but that’s not really the point. The product you received doesn’t appear to match what was advertised.

The first thing I’d do is find out how you paid. If you paid with PayPal, I’d go back to Bitranz first and ask them to resolve it. If they refuse, then I’d open a PayPal dispute, as the item supplied doesn’t appear to match the item you ordered.
If you paid by credit card through their website, I’d contact your card provider and raise a dispute for the same reason—that the product supplied is materially different from the one that was advertised and purchased.
I’d give Bitranz the opportunity to put it right first, but if they won’t, then I’d definitely pursue it through your payment provider.
