Over 60 days for TanTan to ship to California

I ordered a TT-X68 from TanTan, or, Seraph Bikes on March 19th. That is over 60 days ago.
It still has not arrived and according to the tracking number is still in transit. It has moved but VERY slowly.

If you haven't already and if the deadline has not passed, immediately file a dispute for the charge with your creditor/paypal/however you paid. If the dispute deadline passes before you receive the part and then it comes damaged or never arrives at all, you could end up completely SOL.

Shipping is out of the Vendors Control however they should be able to chase the shipping agent and ask them if they have reason for the delay.
Is it air or sea shipping?
