Looking for a Supplier of D-Shaped Carbon Seatposts

I work for a bicycle manufacturer in Italy, and one of our customers recently contacted us because they are looking for a replacement seatpost for what appears to be a Chinese-made carbon frame.

The seatpost has a **D-shaped profile** with the following dimensions:

* Width: **26 mm**
* Depth: **30 mm**

Does anyone know of a supplier or manufacturer that produces seatposts with these dimensions, either as a standard product or as a custom-made solution?

Any suggestions or contacts would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much for your help. I have already contacted several sellers on AliExpress.

Regarding contacting the manufacturer, yes, we have already tried, but without success. The frames were purchased from an Italian company that claims to be the manufacturer. However, I believe they simply import the frames from China and resell them here in Italy.

Unfortunately, this company is no longer responding to our emails or requests for support.

That is why I am now looking for alternative sources that may be able to supply this type of seatpost.

I recently got a replacement aero seat post from hong-fu. You could try them...

Unfortunately, I don't think you'll have much luck finding the manufacturer of this frame, it's fairly generic looking and even if it is an open mould, there are tens of potential manufacturers, some don't post all of their models online and some don't have much of an online presence at all. There's no standard process for choosing the shape of such seatposts, so just finding one at random that fits is unrealistic. Getting a custom one off seatpost made is almost certainly more expensive than is worth. Perhaps an aluminium insert that would allow you to fit a 25.4 mm seat post could be made, but again we're getting into questionable cost territory. Trying to get in contact with the manufacturer or one of their dealers is honestly your best shot

This is what is written on the website, as you can see the manufacturer I mentioned before is mentioned, but I don't know whether he made it or not, but it's an indication.
