The frame shown below is an example of their upcoming model. While it is produced by the same factory as the new TanTan X68, the head tube and fork design have been modified.

To me that's the part that's interessting, what exactly did they modify?

I made contact with Jack from Mondince just to double check Light Cycling legitimacy and he advised me that it is their sister company, so I went to order one of their frames.

I have just received the frame I ordered (image on a previous post and see below) from Daniel at light Cycling and I have had a very good experience!

Pro's:
1. Good, regular clear contact - honestly, he replied much quicker than I could even reply back sometimes!
2. Custom paint job - see the photo, looks incredible!
3. Quick delivery (~approx 2 weeks) and no additional hidden import taxes/fees - was all included in the price Daniel quoted me. Packaging all very solid as well from the photos

Con's:
None so far

Just waiting for parts to build up - planning build of 1x groupset (maybe Lt-woo/Sensah) and Superteam wheels (27mm internals) - will provide images/review once all completed!

Would you be able to take a video to see how sunlight impacts the paint ? Debating on going this route too but with lilac instead of blue.

Also how's the facing of brake and BB ?

Welcome to the forum. When you get a chance, please introduce yourself.   These days, when I see an image posted of a beautiful, perfect frame, with numerous names dropped,  I am often skeptical when it is a first post. 
Perhaps, it is just me being paranoid.  Apologies in advance that I am skeptical.

I asked Jack about it as well and was told the same thing. They're a friend, in his words, but not a connected company. He did confirm they use some of the same frames as Mondince/Long Teng.

As far as my contact goes Jack is also really interested in what kind of frames are interesting to western buyers. He asked me why i choose a certain frame and what kind of frames are "in" at the moment. He can also provide frames which are currently not listed on their website if something is intriguing. Although i think thats mostly frames from manufacturers they already use.

Just wanted to share a few photos of my new LightCycling Surge RF03.

I haven’t actually ridden it yet, so this isn’t a ride review. It was only finished on Tuesday, but the photos came out too good not to share.

I’m a race promoter in Seattle and wanted to build something custom using our race branding. Daniel Zang from LightCycling introduced himself early in the process and was fantastic to work with. Super communicative, worked closely with his designer to get the custom paint exactly where I wanted it, and then turned everything around and shipped the frame incredibly quickly.

The frame itself was also awesome to build. The carbon finish is immaculate, inside and out, everything lined up perfectly, and every component fit the first time with no issues.

Really happy with how it turned out. Now I just need to actually ride the thing.

It was finished Tuesday and I’m planning to put plenty of miles on it this weekend. Can’t wait.
