Did anyone find that a Sram full mount UDH derailleur was very loose before torquing down? I'm new to this full mount setup so just curious if the frame is out of spec or something?

Yep mine was the same. Once you get it torqued and the thru-axle tightened it's all sweet.

Long time lurker, first time poster. This frame looks like it ticks all of the boxes for me. I’ve been chatting with Jack this morning about a frame, and I’m about to pull the trigger on it. How’s everyone’s experiences been so far that have ordered? I got quoted $930 for a three color custom paint job, all the pieces and parts it comes with, and shipping to the US.

Just received mine. Everything went smoothly - paid Sep 9, received the box Sep 24. I got raw UD glossy - YMMV if you order custom paint. I'll be building it soon, waiting for a few missing parts to arrive.

PS: Jack promised me some rubber covers for the cargo rivets, but I haven't found them in the box. Once I let him know, he sent another UPS package.
