110bcd 1x chainring for Shimano 12s hyperglide+ chain

Does one exist? I can find large ones but I need a 40t and with some offset.

This would be perfect but it might be noisy and bind the chain. Has anyone tried similar chainrings on hyperglide+ chain? Can I file down the  corners of the thicker teeth a bit or will the chain grind them by itself?
