Chiner hardware for Zwift (etc)

Thinking about portable setups for Zwift (potentially MyWhoosh and/or Trainingpeaks Virtual too, but one thing at a time.). Are there any Chiner tablets worth a shot compared to bargain-basement used Ipads? Or e.g. thin-and-light laptops (comparing to used Macbook Airs I suppose)? Thanks.

My whoosh uses a bunch of resources, I went the used iPad route...
My 6-7yo surface pro could t handle it
