This isn't raised; it just has a Y-shape, but if you look closely at the technical drawing and the profile, you can see that it isn't raised.

If you look closer you'll see 20mm lift.

That’s what they say, but pay attention to the downward angle of the stem.
The stem is angled sharply downwards, effectively cancelling out the rise of the handlebar.
Compared to other riser bars, this one seems the least effective to me.

That's assuming you are running -6° or -8° stem. I'm currently running a -10° stem so the effective rise for me will be the full 20mm. There are other risers bars about to hit the market with a -6° and -8° stem which would give me an overall rise for 25-30mm which is probably too much for me.
