You’d be better off getting your customer service in order first. I haven't heard anything from you since my front fork broke.

Wow! 32er.....   don't know how to relate to the geo chart of a 32er. Like the medium frame reach is 410mm;  stack is 622mm. both are way bigger than the 700C counterpart. I can understand the much taller stack due to the larger wheel size, but why the reach is so long?  (typical gravel Medium size has a reach of about 380 - 390mm).  Are we supposed to use stubby 35mm stem like Enduro bikes for 32er?

Love seeing some movement in the 32" space! For myself as someone who rides a 56cm bike that's balanced between comfort and performance, this geometry won't fit or handle like I prefer. I'm a drafter by trade so I've played with 32" designs some, and here's what I've been drawing:

Chainstays 435-440mm to keep the handling as nimble as possible and as close as possible to current 700c bikes
BB drop: your 105mm (or slightly more) is great to keep the height similar to current 700c bikes
Headtube: as short as possible at around 100mm to minimize stack (stack ends up around 610mm or so)
Fork offset: 60-70mm with around a 70deg HTA is needed to get the balance of decent trail, minimal toe overlap, and stem length for decent handling
Reach: I've found with the inevitable higher stack, a reach of around 390mm-400mm lets me get the handlebars where I want with a 110-120mm, -6deg stem

The big challenges are getting the chainstays that short and finding/making a fork with enough rake, but IMO these things are gonna need to happen before 32" gravel bike will fit and handle adequately for medium-sized people

it's a bit funny you get stack/reach from size to size more like a traditional mtb than a proper dropbar gravel.
你弯把瓜搞一个和山地xc一样的沿着尺码光动前伸不动堆高是何意味呢?弯把车尺码是这样设计的吗?

I actally tried making "good" geometry (for me) on bikegeocalc, and the hardest thing for me (177cm long) is the get enought room for toe overlap. I would hate the geometry of this bike, because of VERY slack head tube angle, and not enough fork offset. I would like to have at least around 71deg HTA and 65mm offset, or even better 71.5deg HTA and 62mm offset. To match this one would need very steep STA, otherwise the top tube will get very long. At the same time, a steeper STA is something i actually would like to see on most 28" frames today anyway - perferably 75deg.

Anyway, i think you are in the ballpark with what i calculated myself. BB-drop was 110mm if i remember correctly.

110/120mm stem is crazy for this kind of bike in size 56. You will not be capable to turn it! With the gyroscopic effect of the big and heavy wheel you can expect something closer to 80/90mm from brands with high flare/small drop bars.
But I agree on the stack and chainstay numbers which are way too high. The head tube is a good 30mm too big. They should lower the bottle cage inserts, even put it on the storage door to make some room to the bottles and lower the top tube
