Re: Frame req? (Aero, dropped SS, high stack, short reach)
Looks great! Looking forward to have prices and geometry chart. I have another client building a new endurance mid march so if geometry and pricing is ok, might be a solid choice for him.

looking good. I'm interested in geo chart.
Geometry attached. Size 56cm would be the first mold available in April. Since we make this frameset with high standard as couple of big brands, you could tell the details when it is available, one piece mold, mixed of T1100, 40T, 30T Toray carbon fiber. latex molding etc. The price on this frameset with handlebar won't be that cheap as our previous frameset.  But would be cheaper than some other Chinese brands.

XMCS - Factory tour with Peter Xu / Hubs, Frame, Rims So guys, spring festival is over, I already had that video done a while, but I feel confident to release it now, after the people over at XMCS are back at the office :)

It's a Tour De Force through all of the individual factories

I also summarized most of the video info in a Blog Post, also with (sortable) table of all available wheels on their website right now, as well as the details on the Hub line up of Xiamen Carbonspeed.
https://mybike.parts/blog/6-inside-xmcs-carbon-engineering-in-xiamen-xiamen-carbonspeed-factory-tour

Here the frame line-up AFAIK for 2026, but I guess Tim/Requiem from XMCS nl is even more up to speed than me:

- Gravel Frame: the gravel frame was not discussed in the video https://chinertown.com/index.php/topic,6967.0/topicseen.html
- Aero Racing #1: we had a detailed look at one of their Racing frames, with the new tech developed from XMCS regarding max. stiffness.
- Aero Racing #2: also not in the video, Photo in the blog post.
- New handlebars that go with the frames.

Otherwise, as far as I understood, there are more changes coming this year, so stay tuned :)

Re: Zen Carbon Wheels Xiamen Thanks everyone for all the feedback — really appreciate the time and input from so many members.

At this stage it looks like we’re still moving forward with the 50 mm full U‑shape direction. Current working spec is around 350 g per rim, 25 mm internal width, and 34 mm max external at the rim. Impact target is 100 J with a 120 kg system weight limit, optimised around 30–32 mm tyres.

I mainly wanted to get a consensus on whether people preferred the slightly lighter hybrid profile or the more stable full U, and the feedback has been very clear in favour of the U‑shape. Stability, tyre support and real‑world handling seem to matter far more than chasing the last 20 g.

As with all our rims, we will work to provide three weight options:
• ~350 g
• ~370–380 g
• ~400–410 g

Thanks again to everyone who commented — the input genuinely helps guide the development.

Re: Mondince FM336
Found the complete bike on insta site of LocaBikes. Seems to be the new model of Libre. On the homepage it is still the older framemodel.
But that seems to be the only photo in the net so far of that frame.
I am also think about order a frame to Germany.

I found a video from the Velodays event, where they show the bike. They don´t show much, but it´s at least something.

Re: Velobuild AERO GRAV Frame I have had this bike for about 6 months now and put maybe 1000mi on it. Size small matte black.
Overall impressions are quite good, certainly a bit stiff and chattery but also light and not overly slack geometry. I originally picked this frame because I was going to run a dual wheelset but ended up keeping my road bike so its maybe a bit more twitchy than I would necessarily choose for a dedicated gravel bike. Only issue I have had is the headset bearings are trash and the lower one has already failed and rusted out. A real pain with the internal routing. The seatpost is also prone to getting stuck into the frame.

Build:
Velobuild AeroGrav frame Small
Velobuild 100mm stem
0mm seatpost
Aliexpress saddle 96g 155mm
Aliexpress bottle cages (not the most secure)
Zipp SL-70 XPLR 42cm carbon bars

Rival D1 Levers/Calipers
GX Rear derailleur
XX1 Chain and cassette
Praxis Doon-GR 170mm crankset (excellent)
Evosid 3 bolt 42t chainring (terrible, replacing with wolftooth, endless chain drops)

Goldix R240SL Hubs
Pilar X-Tra 1420 spokes
Aliexpress 30mm internal 45mm deep carbon rim 24h (cant find the order history for exact name)
Schwalbe Thunder Burt 2.1

Clearance is sufficient with the 2.1 thunder burts which I am pleased with (4mm wrench fits between tire and chainstay). Racing unbound XL in a few weeks and if its dry ill run these and if its looking muddy ill use 45mm pathfinders or terra speeds.
