Re: Lightcarbon: LCR018-D (endurance all-road)
Finally took the bike off the Zwift trainer for the first outdoor ride of the season! The bike feels great, especially with the 35mm Michelin Pro 5 tires—super comfortable. I think it weighs around 7.6 Kg I have to say, the clamping system on this zero-offset post isn't designed very well. It’s almost impossible to get a 4mm Allen key properly into the bolt. Even with an extension on my torque wrench and a piece of cardboard to protect the seatpost, the bolt head strips easily. That’s exactly what happened on one side. So, now I’m looking for a replacement black hex bolt. Does anyone have a tip for one that fits? February 25, 2026, 09:14:15 AM |

Side load cage might help there

I am also done - nothing special (black glossy, 58). The built was really easy, but omg this seatpost....this is not easy to torque the bolts for the saddle. I already feedbacked this to LightCarbon, i hope they will change the design somehow. I will give you an update after I've really tested it. March 23, 2026, 12:20:36 PM |
