Re: Velobuild AERO GRAV Frame
My build is finished. I’m very satisfied with the frame’s quality, even though I had some concerns before it arrived.

Re: Velobuild AERO GRAV Frame
my build is almost finished, RD will be in the mail today. - the "silver" bolts everywhere really do not look nice, ordered black ones - 48 chainring on DUB Wide fits the frame (see picture) - tire clearance is okay but not super-roomy. I put in a 2.1 Thunder Burt and it clears well. Not sure about Conti 2.2 Dubnitals. Shown in the picture are 45mm GK X1. Will provide additional photos when the build is finished if you guys are interested. July 16, 2025, 03:30:54 AM |

Re: Velobuild AERO GRAV Frame
Cool to see that RaceKings fit! Is it tight? Those are the "bad" 2.0 Race Kings. A 2.2 definitely won’t fit in the rear. I was hoping for more clearance so I could run 2.2 Dubnitals — but that’s just not happening. That said, the bike rides really well. I’ll keep my eyes open for a frame with more tire clearance in the future. The chainring is a 48T. July 21, 2025, 07:36:01 AM |

Re: Velobuild AERO GRAV Frame
Did not measure, but bought the version that does not say "3mm offset". So, should be the standard version. Yep, that's a 0-offset, so mounts in the big ring position (I wrote to them and asked specifically about this a while ago). Considering you're using an 11 sp road crank, that should put your chainline somewhere around 47.5 which is still very good for a 50T on a gravel bike. That's exactly SRAM wide chainline, for reference GRX 1x is actually wider at around 49. August 08, 2025, 05:35:28 AM |

Re: Quick Pro ER:One
I've been in talks with Joe about purchasing an ER:One for review. But winter is approaching now and I'm already running the latest Scott Foil at the moment. Next season hopefully. OEM groupset pricing would be my 2 cents October 16, 2025, 10:20:40 AM |

Re: XM Carbon Speed Race Frame - The wish list
This should be final version and we do steepen the STA.Please also consider increasing the BB drop to at least 75mm. Everyone is on 30mm+ tires and short cranks. 70mm is outdated. December 04, 2025, 12:41:35 AM |
