Are you a factory or a reseller?

We are a dealer, there is no need to hide this, but we have invested in many molds. A lot of spot investment was made.

We also provide customized services,

Control quality, fast shipping, and Local after-sales service.

I like the rim depth, 40mm is uncommon, I imagine it's a bit better in crosswinds than 45mm which can be a little much sometimes in strong wind. The weight is also pretty amazing for that depth.
I'm ambivalent to the inner width, I'm on 21mm internal right now for 40mm gravel tires, I think they are fine.

I don't like the large decals or the brand name to be honest. Chinese brand names always sound strange to Westerners in my opinion, like some random word is just picked out of a hat.

I kind of want some Chinese brand with Chinese characters on it instead of Greek alphabet, I think that'd be a pretty interesting look.

21mm occupies a large market and this is the most popular version.

It would be another pleasure if translated directly. Serenade = 小夜曲, hoping to find fun in cycling.

Stickers and decals each have their own advantages, but stickers can be moved freely, which is suitable for some users who prefer personalization. Different colors are popular every year, and if you change colors, it will be a very simple matter.

Gravel and Road used.

Inject a little grease. You can do it like this

The rim looks like this.
It's paintless, does not change the rim's weight, and isn't trying to be 100% perfect, but it's a real surface.
Complete after-sales service through simple procedures, which is what we have been pursuing.

Thanks for Sebastian's advice and sharing your experience,
We will work with all colleagues to improve service quality. Many responses are usually from 9 am to 3 pm in Europe.
The 31mm width is increasingly popular in road bikes, but the internal width will not exceed 25mm. Centerlock hubs have the advantage of being convertible to 6 screws, which we can provide if there is a customer need.
In 2024, we provide faster delivery, the more popular models usually ship in 2-4 days, Road wheels 21mm and 24mm internal, Mountain wheels 25-28-29-31mm, and UD paintless matt always in stock.
We don't produce, but invest more money to stock products and develop new molds, 1-3 exclusive designs of mountain bike wheels every year. We are currently discussing a warehouse in Spain and I believe it will arrive in 3-4 months.

Been working on carbon fiber bicycle parts since 2005,

I have been diving in the forum for a long time. Everyone has a very cost-effective bike. Congratulations to everyone.

I will show some photos of our (serenade bike) carbon fiber wheels here, hoping to have more friends and accept criticism and improvement opinions.

Really nice bike.

I hope you get this solved...

I can't believe there are fake Novatec hubs  :o I bought a couple of sets for 80 EUR in the past sale. And that is incl VAT... They can't win more dan 10 EUR by using fake hubs I guess... That's a really low move...

There are more fake DT SWISS. Some sellers will clearly state that they are fake, but some will not.
“Novatec” also has fake ones, but they are easy to tell the difference.
You can see the difference in micro-marking and size
