Those who own the bike in small size, would you mind confirming that the effective top top number Geometrygeek is correct?

Is it really that short?

525 vs 531 (SL8)?
What is the actual TT then? There must be so much toe overlapping in that size then?

Does anyone else think the profile on our front forks doesn’t look very aero? The leading edge is a bit blocky and there’s no appreciable camtail on the back. I come from an aero bike and ride TT so this is noticeable to me 🤔

Not to comtradict you here but imo It isn't blocky, it is deeper/chunky at the top and rounded. Funny enough this makes it more aero in theory.

Have a look at the new fork of Seixas' new Van Ryssel bike for Tour d'France. The half top is pretty similar to the r088's. The odd thing is that then you stick some electric tape on it which pretty much defeats any aero benefits of the new shape

They sent two EK01 (one alloy spider, one carbon) that both had the same issue. They published a press release proclaiming the issue resolved, follow up testing showed it wasn't.

The bigger issue I see with the EK01 is that their World Tour team are getting different non-commercial versions of these meters. Why?

How are things looking so far with the Coospo one? I'd expect to be identical to the Thinkrider. Is it feeling that same so far?

I think some of the comments and issues with cheap PM have  to be put in context of use case. I am new to the sport, I have wimpy legs with a 210W FTP and never push more than 700W. So when I hear a review talking about issues during sprints with 1200W, am I really concerned, should I really be? I spend 99% of my time between 140 and 270W, at this point of my journey, I don’t care about a 2% offset. So the cheap $120 PM might be all I need right now.

The thing is that if the PM is not consistent then imo it is totally useless and no matter what the price is or what watts you put in. You are just wasting your time (and money). From Shane's comments in his Strava ride, the issues are not just tied to sprints but more about consistency at random times.

Anyway lets wait for his full review and find out.

Only if the power data from PM is usable otherwise not that cheap for a piece of aluminium ;-)

What's the minimum tyre width you recommend to fit in your rims 24mm (inner)/ 31mm (putter)?

Here's a quick video. The only thing flexing is my tubeless front tire. 

Any difference putting your full weight at the shifters? I think that's how Alex from GNC does, right?

I don't see my flex coming from the stem/handlebar myself in mine.

I have that same handlebar fitted to my r008 and I get nowhere near that flex he shows on his video with my whole body weight hanging in the shifters. I get a little bit of flex but I am confident this comes from the plastic spacers which came with the handlebar. I can make a video if anyone wanna see what it is really like.
