Got my AliEx order with m7100 10-51 cassette and put it on. It is tight in the 51 but works. I won't be in the 51 much, so it is fine. Very happy with the gearing  :D

Well, I was hesitant to give Ltwoo a go. My cable operated GRX pushed me to and with a great price, so it happened.
Only 260k on it so far but my eGR v2 is bloody good so far.
I have read people complaining of stiff rubber hoods. That is a definite plus imo. The soft floppy GRX hoods gave me the shts. The shape of the hoods is very comfortable also.
Early days, but thus far I am a big fan of eGR. 😎👌

If budget is not limiting for example Lightbicycle can build you wheelset with reinforced carbon rims with 28 spokes and you can choose stronger spokes.

I have some GR1600 with about 25k km on them. They have been trouble free and tough. Very happy with them 👍

Yes it did have the o-ring and I used them not shimano ones.
Good point about why is it there.
There is an exclamation warning in the user manual;
Please use the oil needles and olive ferrules supplied with the Ltwoo kit
I think you are correct and they must be used.

I left the GRX brakes and lines on the bike and just slightly shortened the too long lines and fitted them to the eGR levers. I did use the supplied Ltwoo barbs and olives.

I have the same groupo on the way. Have gone with m8100 10-45 to start, with 44t chainring. Just confirming it will clear the 51 on the back?

Sort reach and high stack. It appears to be a bike packing/touring bike. Mount points all over it. Not a gravel racer.
