Anyone else have this wobble "issue" with their wheel?

These are new wheels, has about 60 miles on them.  After the first ride I checked the wheels and found this wobble, it's on the front wheel only and the rear appears to be fine.  What's odd is the wheel is still true, and the spokes tension is still even and consistent, only the inner part of the wheel has this wobble.

I spoke to Peter and he said it's normal.  He mentioned because of the ultralight carbon layup, the spokes can pull and deform the carbon to make this wobble.

Wheel model is
D58CU-33 26mm IW T1100 with HS606 hubs and 3.2mm carbon spokes.  Weight is 1165g.

System weight is about 75kg.

You guys have any thoughts on this and does anyone else have this issue on their wheel??

Also, why doesn't the rear wheel have this issue as well?

I understand that the ENT 2.0 is a value wheelset and margins are limited, so I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I would simply appreciate the wheel being warrantied with a replacement rim. I can handle the rebuild myself, as arranging a warranty wheel build in California is quite expensive. I’d also appreciate some replacement nipples as wheel builders online seem to recommend replacing when re-lacing the spokes for safety

After we applied to our company , we can provide you a new replace rim , some replace nipples can be included ,  but we hope that you can deleted the bad comments on social media first .

Thank you for offering a replacement rim and nipples; I’m happy to update my forum thread once the replacement is shipped/received and the issue is resolved, but I can’t delete my post as a condition for warranty support. I understand impacts can spike tire pressure, however I did not have any notable impacts (no pothole strike/curb hit/crash) that should reasonably damage the rim, and the listing describes the pressure as “recommended,” which in English is generally guidance, not a maximum limit that voids warranty. If there is a hard maximum, the product information should state “maximum” clearly so riders know it is not safe to go higher. Please confirm if you can proceed with the replacement and share shipping/tracking when available.

It came out at 7.7kg. Frame size is L. I am struggling to see where my additional 1.5kg are coming from.
