Did anyone manage to put the two rubbers around the di2 battery and slide it in the seat tube?

Or should you just use only one and let the other side of the battery sit against the seat tube?

Update for my fork: they first asked to see some photo's and after that for a video and sent it over to their engineer.

Wendy responded very quickly after that that they were going to sent a new fork, painted in my chosen color.

Besides that I like the frame, the customer service was a big factor into choosing to do business with them and they did not dissapoint.

Any other opinions of people with the LightCarbon frame?

Should I take this up with LightCarbon? I feel like they have good customer service and always did right by frames that went faulty.

The expander plug will sit where the scratch marks are at the top of the post.

I received the frame already, sooner as expected. The wheels haven't arrived yet and still need some parts and tools to assemble.

I had some questions regarding the steerer tube/fork:
1) there are some little dents (not really visible in the photo's)
2) there are lines but I think that's just an extra layer of carbon to add strenght?
3) at the top of the steerer tube there are some scratches in the carbon layer, looks like some machine marks

Is this anything to worry about or is this all good? LC asked me to give feedback once the frame arrived so.

Bonus photo of the frame itself

Thanks!

I asked Wendy if they made some photo's and they did.

Frame size 58, color LCB-07HS. I considered a long time to add another color or some logo's but I'm not the most creative. Happy how it turned out.

My frame and wheelset has been sent, a month after ordering as promised.

Unfortunately I didn't receive photo's of the frame once finished.

Now I got to order a groupset, tires, tools and other parts to assemble it once it arrives.

Nice colorway! What size is this?

What were some issues assembling that you encountered? Did you bleed the brakes yourself?

I have a lot of generic tools but not a lot of specific tools for bikes and bike assembly.

Which tools would I certainly need to assemble this frame/bike when it arrives?
- LCR017-D
- Wheelset from lightcarbon
- Probably with GP5000 tubeless

That way I can buy them and not need to wait on them once the frame arrives.

Thanks!

I have a question regarding sizing for this frame.

I'm 1m90, inseam of 87 cm.

According to the website of Lightcarbon I should get a 56 model (for people who are 187-193cm). The 58 model is for people of 194cm+.

However, when I give in my dimensions in the Canyon website they assign me a Large model. The measurements (especially the reach and stack) are the same as the Lightcarbon 58 model and not the 56 model.

Wendy said I should have a 56 model but I'm not sure based on this. Any experience from someone at my height?
