We all know by now that this frame has nothing to do with the original, and that's how it should stay. As you can see, there are no stickers visible. All in all it doesn't cost 15k, but under 2k and for that price i‘m more than happy to have at least a frame that from the shape impressed me since day one. Who cares about the decals and minor differences to the original…

Is there anybody who might be interested in a new pair of Ltwoo brake calipers from the new eRX kit? Since they don’t fit to the X68 frame from TanTan, they are no longer needed. Sorry if this isn’t the right thread to post this in... in case of interest just write me a DM wish you all a pleasant weekend!!!

This happened to me as well — the holes in the seatpost were just slightly too high, so I had to file them down a little to get the Di2 battery clip to engage properly. I had the same issue with the Darimo seatpost I bought for my SL8.

Once that was sorted and the battery clipped in securely, I also wrapped some electrical tape around the top of the clip it to hold the battery  it firmly in place.

Used also the tap without exaggerating but I couldn’t push it down as the battery was too big for the clip, I can live with the result. Again if maintenance is needed I will find a solution. Need to admit that it’s my first time build such a bike. So far this is the current result.

there is no adapter for the L-Twoo front caliper that will fit the X68 or an SL8 unless someone custom makes one. The front caliper mounting bracket on both the SL8 and the Aethos is proprietary and permits only standard flat mount calipers and minimum 160mm rotor. the L-Twoo calipers are non standard so they could avoid patent infringement. Your best bet would be to buy a mineral oil based front caliper - an ultegra caliper would match best if you have the v3 eRX group.

Anyone installed ltwoo on this frame? The front caliper doesn't fit and the ltwoo adapters don't work. I'm clueless

Did you solved the problem? I‘m just started to look for the correct adapter (in case there is one)

I'm new here – and I think this is actually the first time in my life that I've signed up for a forum. Usually, I'm more of a silent reader who enjoys going through comments on all kinds of topics.

Frame: SL8 Size 58, pearl white matt – from Peter in Taiwan

Wheels: Elite Wheels ENT

Groupset: Ltwoo eRX 3.0 from Panda Podium

Brake Discs: ZTTO – 160mm front / 140mm rear

Saddle: Ryet 3D Carbon printed

Tires: Schwalbe Lugano 700x32C

Lately, I’ve been following discussions both here and on Facebook, and I have to say – it seems like @Sander2177 is always the most up-to-date with what's going on.

I’ve already tried a few tricks to get in touch with Peter (different account, calls, even asked AliExpress support for the seller’s email). What's curious is that the person managing the AliExpress account seems to be active almost daily. So far, he’s only read one of my messages – no reply yet, though.

Technically, Peter still has 7 days left to process my order before AliExpress automatically refunds me. So now I’m just waiting to see if he manages to get things moving before the deadline.

Just like many others here have mentioned – right before the holidays, I was told my order was ready for shipping and would be processed on the Monday before he "disappeared" (March 31st). It’s now been three weeks... I placed the order back on March 20th..
