Do you have any pictures? How much did you pay included shipping and taxes. Do the lever presses actually feel similar to SRAM E1, rather than just looking like them and feeling like regular ones like shimano, ltwoo etc?

I wouldn't say the weight is really an issue. The SRAM Red XPLR derailleur weighs 375 g without the battery (battery weight 25g), Force is 419 g without the battery, while Shimano XTR is 390 g and XT is 450 g, both with the battery.

Even if Shimano moves to 2x13, I don't think there's much more weight to be saved on the rear derailleur. At this point, the limitations are probably more physical than something you can overcome by just adding a few more cutouts here and there. So if you really want to save weight, you'd probably have to stick with 2x11 or 2x12. I just can't see the derailleur getting significantly lighter from here, apart from custom builds where individual parts are replaced with carbon.

So for road, at least, I'll probably stick with 2x12, while for gravel I'll go 1x. From the looks of it, the RD weighs 396 g (the battery is 41 g), although it's not clear whether the 396 g includes the battery. Either way, it seems pretty comparable to the big two.

And as long as they offer a cage option that supports 10-52T and 3-14 gears, this could at least be an endgame groupset for me. It would tick pretty much all the boxes I'm looking for: 10-14 speeds, type-c charging, mineral oil, and SRAM's new E1 brake logic.

As long as it works reliably, it seems like a perfectly viable option to me.

I ordered my frame in Chameleon 7207, I should receive pictures of it in the upcoming two weeks. I will share them as soon I get them. I hope that might help a little

24 mm is the correct one for shimano cranks, remember to buy the correct tool for installation if necessary

They also offer flat top, dlc and tt chains, but you're probably talking about the regular x12 chains. So i will try those as well. Thank you for the feedback

Looks good so far. Lighter than the advertised weight (237 advertised and 207 on my kitchen scale).

Silent so far with my KMC 12 speed chain. There's a bit of problem on shifting from 10-12 cogs but it also exists on my 105 cassette. Will check if it will still exist on my next bike and rule out hanger problem.

Which kmc 12 speed chain are you using (they have so many 😅)? I might try it for my upcoming bike

All going well - the rear brake cable was easy to install using a ZTTO internal guide tool, plus the storage opening made things even easier - especially when routing the foam liner down over the cable.
Headset bearings for anyone interested are MH-P16. I might get some black oxide versions from Aire Velo bearings next time around.
First disc build for me so interesting to see the little spacer that sits on top of the top headset bearing - very neat and allows easy routing of cables through.

Rubber di2 battery holder is a lovely addition - shaped perfectly for the seatpost and gives a very neat finish.

Next up is to plonk the bars on and try and figure out a stack height so I can cut the steerer and get the bars on there.

Some photos attached for reference including a clearer view of the storage area which caused a bit of concern in my last photo due to an optical illusion from the raw carbon finish - needless to say, all is perfect.

I'm currently trying to decide whether to order the frame with or without the storage compartment. Would it be possible for you to measure the storage box so I can check if my electronic mini pump would fit? Its dimensions are 70 × 57 × 31 mm and is there a rubber cover for the seatpost to protect from moisture? Thanks!

I use the goldix ones with an 10-33 with ltwoo electric shifting, no problems so far
