Hi, you may want to check out the ICAN FL1 frameset as it seems to fit your requirements of >28mm wide tyres (ICAN stated that it supports up to 32mm wide tyres) and the T47 BB. I recently built one up and I am pleased with it. The frameset is of great built quality and building it was also straightforward. Ordering it from ICAN was smooth and easy too.
