Hi,

my ER9 groupset is not working anyone, it is completely dead. In the morning everythings was working. At the evening no response, nothing. I checked the power of both batteries and the wires, everything looks good.

Has anyone else had this kind of error?

BR Markus

I'm having a similar issue with my eR9. Initially the issue was that it did not charge when plugged in. The battery is now dead - I tried removing the cells and charging them separately, but once the cells are removed and reinstalled they need to have the charger plugged in to activate them, so I still have an inactive system.
A new front derailleur did not fix that issue, nor did new cables or a new battery.

The derailleur and cables were sent by the ltwoo store trying to sort the issue and the battery case I bought from another aliexpress store to try and accelerate the process because each item they send takes a good 2-3 weeks to get here.
They're now talking about sending me a new battery, despite me telling them I have already sourced a second battery that did not fix the issue.

Yep that will all play together. When you buy your bottom bracket you'll need a T47 to suit the frame and 24mm to suit the crank spindle.
You'll need a SRAM specific freehub on your rear wheel to suit that cassette too.

Hi, thanks! This is an aero bottles that normally comes with the Orbea Ordu TT bikes. Same goes for the tool box at the bottom. Also from the Orbea Ordu TT bike. I had to cut a bit of its plastic parts off to get it to fit onto the down tube of this frame. You can order the cage/bottle as well the tool box directly via Orbea's website. Best, Martin

Do you have any dimensions for placement of the rivnuts on the underside of the downtube for that storage box? I'm considering doing to same and would ideally get velobuild to install them in case I wind up with warranty issues. Was the plastic you cut off the part that wraps under the BB or did you have to trim the sides a bit?

Does anyone on here know what the downtube storage pictured on the velobuild website would be? I asked on whatsapp and they could only say that the customer installed it. I'm hoping to do something similar and would like to know if I need bottle cage rivets installed before ordering.
