Similar to the above post, I purchased the 24mm version and when I install this on my bike (BB86) I have to use 6mm of spacers to remove any lateral play. Is this normal or is it too excessive ?

Also all the spacers are on the NDS. When I try and add spacers to the DS, the outer diameter is too small and falls into the recess of the spider locking. The depth of the locking is 6mm so if I want to add 3mm to the DS, then I need a total of 9mm of spacers on the DS. Please help me shed some light on this.

Just send it back if you can. They are very bad for getting a refund and don't want to acknowledge the problem.

Sorry if already answered, has anyone tried max size gravel tires? What will fit and with which width rims? I went through the topic swiftly but could not find an answer...

Some news. After some debate, I could get a new axle or send everything back. BUT I asked for a spindle length measurement and it's the same length as what they have measured (see pic). Then, when I attach the crank arms, it is 5mm wider than the ones they measured. So the problem is with the crank arms, does the spindle not protrude enough? Getting an answer always takes a day so let's see tomorrow ...

They just want to keep playing dumb. I might as well take the loss and don't lose my time. Maybe I can use it for a gravel build in the future and use a MTB BB.

Due to an accident I was only able to install the crank after 3 months. So buyer protection is gone...

I've been dealing with ryet store for a week now but they don't want to acknowledge something is wrong. They just keep asking for more proof while I provided evidence. I'll share the conversation later when it's not resolved soon.

They ask me for a measurement, then they want another one, and then another one

They (ryet) won't accept the spindle is to long and claim that from ylumy pictures it looks like it has had a lot of use and is not new, while it's only grease visible. The spindle is 99mm.

I contacted lexon directly, another 200 euro down the drain. Slowly stepping away from cheap Ali express I guess..

Add cranks spacers. Might be a good idea to measure the length of the spindle, it wouldn't be the first to be out of spec.

4mm on each side is a bit much no?

I ordered the cranks half a year ago but because my frame was damaged (another story) I could not install them. I now got a new frame and while installing the cranks have 8mm space between  tensioner and fame(There is 2mm spacers on each side already). Any idea how to solve this? BB386 bottom bracket.

I'm just going to look at something else with better quality. Like Seka, evolve,...

The seller is on Instagram as @jackshi007

Webshop on AliExpress: High-quality Carbon Fiber Frame store/customization Supported Store

Somewhere else, should've known as the seller made the order through another Ali shop as where I found the advertisement.

I'm in doubt if I would buy another one from qilefu as I'm stuck with a lot of parts...

I paid 750 if you read my post correctly. And I don't expect exceptilonal quality, just useable. It's a throw away...

I wasn't able to finish the build because I was waiting on a lexon carbon crank that was at customs for 6 weeks. The week before it arrived I had a crash, broke my calf in 2 places, some ribs and dislocated my kneecap. That is why it took this long ...
