Try to contact customer service and just keep pushing, explain how the seller plays dumb, provide pictures. Worst case, you lost an additional hour or so.

I didn't follow this thread to closely, would your credit card company (still) let you pull back the payment?

This is, unfortunately, in line with my experience with the "RYET Official Store"
https://chinertown.com/index.php/topic,4834.msg82962.html#msg82962

Very slow response and they never came back addressing the technical problem.
Finally, they asked me to return the product to them, shipping it directly to China at my cost.
They claimed, they would cover the cost and reimburse everything - by that time I had lost trust completely and used the AliExpress return.
They complained heavily after that and I am since then very careful with RYET products.

Options I see for you:
Even if your buyer protection expired, you could still try to involve AliExpress to moderate.

If this does not help, I see two options for you:
Use spacers. Even if Q-factor will be off, you should be able to center the crank and get it installed with adding more spacers (careful: spacer outer diameter needs to be large enough, so the spacer does not go "below" the preload ring.

Other option I see: after the unpleasant experience with RYET, I purchased a Rockbros crank (175mm is not available from all carbon crank suppliers).
The Rockbros crank has an ugly marking, that meanwhile I covered with a piece of PVC self adhesive foil.
Rockbros is very helpful, I even managed to get spare parts from them - so maybe they are willing to sell the titanium axle as spare part?
To me, the RYET crank and the Rockbros crank look very similar and since they are both available in 175mm, I assume they come from the same manufacturer.
The Rockbros crank, however, has a titanium colored axle vs. the black color of the Ryet axle.
I assume the difference is in the axle and this is also were the issue with RYET is, so maybe the Rockbros axle would solve the issue and mount to the RYET crank.
Note this is only my assumption, none of the above options is perfect and all come with trouble...

Careful with getting another axle too quickly. There are several different types of tapered splined axle-crank interfaces. Just make sure they're compatible beforehand.

They just want to keep playing dumb. I might as well take the loss and don't lose my time. Maybe I can use it for a gravel build in the future and use a MTB BB.

I don't understand. In the photo you see, I temporarily tried the MC and the crankset. The measured Q-factor is 155mm. In the SRAM Dub installation manual, it says to add a 3mm spacer to the 68mm BSA on the right. Installed. On the left, there's actually a gap of about 3mm. The chainline seems correct to me, or am I wrong? It's on the left that the crankarm protrudes too much. Or am I wrong?

I was thinking, what if I took the axle to a turner and had it shortened by 1mm on both sides? Assuming it doesn't bother me once installed.

Some news. After some debate, I could get a new axle or send everything back. BUT I asked for a spindle length measurement and it's the same length as what they have measured (see pic). Then, when I attach the crank arms, it is 5mm wider than the ones they measured. So the problem is with the crank arms, does the spindle not protrude enough? Getting an answer always takes a day so let's see tomorrow ...

Similar to the above post, I purchased the 24mm version and when I install this on my bike (BB86) I have to use 6mm of spacers to remove any lateral play. Is this normal or is it too excessive ?

Also all the spacers are on the NDS. When I try and add spacers to the DS, the outer diameter is too small and falls into the recess of the spider locking. The depth of the locking is 6mm so if I want to add 3mm to the DS, then I need a total of 9mm of spacers on the DS. Please help me shed some light on this.

Just send it back if you can. They are very bad for getting a refund and don't want to acknowledge the problem.

I have a Lexon R1 crankset, and play has developed in the non-drive side crank arm, as you can see in the video. Is there a way to fix this, or do I need to replace the entire crankset?

Is the centre bolt torqued to spec ?

Although mine was not Lexon, my seller resolved the issue by sending me a shorter axle - who would have known they made different axle lengths for the same crank. My original axle measured 123.60mm whereas the shorter axle measured 119.60mm - 4mm shorter meaning I only had to use 1.5-2mm of spacers.

I suspect the photos that Lexon sent you showing the fully assembled axle with the crankarms and the standalone axle are infact different axles.

I mean that is small stuff. People who aren't turned away by spindle length being milimetres out of spec or the tightening assembly literally falling apart aren't gonna be moved by a shaft being .03 mm oversized.

Normally I'm not fussed with stuff being slightly out of spec, but in the video provided the owner could not physically fit the crank inside the the BB, unless you suggest they use a mallet to hammer it in ? It's metal on metal so there is no give.

It's not metal on metal, its metal-plastic-metal. The bearings are 25mm, the spindle is 24mm and a plastic sleeve sits in between. I haven't bought a Lexon crank and would reccomend others the same because of the myriad of issues reported in this thread and just general misgivings about the standards they hold their products to, but many clearly don't feel the same because people keep buying them.
