I am currently building my first bike (Lightcarbon LCR-018D) which will be used for training rides and some Triathlons.

I went with the SRAM system for the wireless blips and much cheaper used parts, the only thing missing now is the cassette and chain.

FD, RD and front chainring are all SRAM Force D2

For the cassette and chain I am thinking about going for a Rival chain and cassette, but that would require a new free hub for my serenade wheelset or getting a kmc or ynb chain and some aliexpress HG cassette. The KMC/YNB chain would have less friction according to zerofriction cycling

Do any of you use aliexpress cassettes and aftermarket chains on your Sram AXS system and would you recommend it or do you stay with flattop chains and SRAM cassettes?

The indiegogo campaign was 750USD but shipping to europe was included, so it's quite a bit more expensive now

I just received my wheelset today

1200g 4550 wavy marble with 25/34

Came in at 1235g

Delivery took 14 days to Germany with DPD

The package was slightly compressed by DPD, the wheels were fine.

Quality seems very good, only 2 minor inperfections that you don't really notice on the marvel finish


Did you guys use the rim tape that came with the wheels? Is it any good? I will run ridenow TPU Inner tubes

kinda funny how people are surprised that a campaign that was raising basically nothing got shut down. I'd guess they'll offer the design and exclusive region rights to brands now.

They said several times, that they will build the frame no matter what. Also by having no early bird discount, there was zero incentive to back the campaign any earlier than their deadline in 2 weeks

I don't really understand this thing... I mean, if they want to carry on with this model anyway, why refund the customers?

I guess they want to take more time and not be restricted by the indiegogo timeline. On the contrary, I haven't heard of many indiegogo projects that stick to the estimated delivery date.

Are you planning on backing the project anyways to show some support and hope they change their mind?

It doesn't break in. My stealth clone with the firmer padding hasn't changed. The earlier ones with the softer padding are still going strong.

Do you have a link to your stealth clone?
I was looking for one, but couldn't find it

I have the ZTTO one as well, works fine

I just ordered the bucklos, I will give some feedback and an exact measurments once they arrive
