I am 27 days, with no confirmation of shipping for a standard set of wheels on your website.

My first order with you went really well.

This order is not so great and Marya is not being good at providing honest answers to manage expectations.

I just received my wheelset today

1200g 4550 wavy marble with 25/34

Came in at 1235g

Delivery took 14 days to Germany with DPD

The package was slightly compressed by DPD, the wheels were fine.

Quality seems very good, only 2 minor inperfections that you don't really notice on the marvel finish


Did you guys use the rim tape that came with the wheels? Is it any good? I will run ridenow TPU Inner tubes

Can't say how it works for running tubes but I used the included tape for a tubeless setup. It was my first time taping rims, so it took a while, but I was able to get a good seal. I did use tubes overnight at high pressure to flatten out the tape and didn't have any issues, but they were traditional tubes instead of TPU.

Yes, paid on the 11.09 delivered yesterday 25.09. The Tracking Code didn't Update before the 23.09

It's been 14 days since my order date and I can't even get an estimated ship date. Wendy just keeps telling me she'll "let me know if/when there is an update"...

I received my wheels yesterday. First order was exponentially quicker. This order took 34 days. DPD shipping.

For tracking if your order has shipped but not yet been picked up by DPD or your courier, you can try this tracking site which picks up the logistics in China better than ParcelsApp and 17track:

Marya explained to me that my order was longer than before due to
some modifications to the moulds being required.

Anyhow 60mm deep and carbon spokes, with tape and valves installed weighing 1357g. I'm happy with that. The value/quality ratio is very good. I just wish they were more transparent about shipping timeframes.

Provided tape with ridenow tubes workes well with mine!

Got the 50mm Wave Whape wheelset and used since approx 11 August. According to Strava covered approx 400 miles in mostly nearly all dry conditions. Wheels have been all good expect that front and rear bearings are completely shot. Rear seized and fronts on the way out.

Maybe a one off on a bad set of bearings but worth checking your bearings. Good news is contacted Serenade and they had no issues posting out a new set.

Did you manage to get the ratchet ring out of the hub shell in order to punch out the bearing? I got the appropriate tool from Aliexpress but I cannot for the life of me get it to unscrew. I don’t want to damage the hub shell. Does it even have to come out? On DT Swiss hubs it must come out to make way for the bearing.

I can answer my own question. In contrast to original DT Swiss hubs, the ratchet ring in the Serenade hubs doesn’t have to come out in order to replace the bearing. Haven’t tried it yet but that’s what Marya told me. So no special tools needed.

Now I have another proprietary tool I rarely use in my ever growing collection.

This tool will be useful. To remove it, you need to increase the length of your arm.

Hey guys, I'm still hesitating to take the plunge and order a set of wave wheels with Sapim spokes. For those of you who have purchased this exact wheelset, what's your long-term feedback?
