Does anyone have a 3d print file (or good source) for a blank piece for the GV201 front derailleur mount delete - ie when using 1 x & not running a front mech?

Hey - Yeah I do have a little previous with the ZTTO cassettes - This Ultimate one is better than some of the cheaper models. They use Alu for some of the bigger sprockets whereas the Ultimate is milled completely from steel. It probably won't last as well as Dura Ace, but is lighter AND costs 1/4 what they do. The Pass Quest rings are good too. I like to keep my drivetrain clean & use wax, which helps with the longevity too.

Fitting the OSPW was a doddle - done in a couple of minutes. I read someone used one of these & the bolt through one of the pulleys came out during a ride not long after installation, so I put thread lock on the bolts before installation, just to make sure the same doesn't happen to me.

Just finished putting together my Factor OSTRO VAM 2.0 build and thought I'd share some details for anyone interested — especially as there isn't a huge amount of real-world info out there yet.

Purchased from Mirror Carbon Fiber Store on AliExpress.

The buying process was a bit odd at first — the store page itself isn't very helpful (I assume because this is essentially a "replica"), and communication only really got going once I reached out via AliExpress messages. After that, it was pretty smooth.

They sent me a Flickr album with a ton of paint options to choose from. Once I'd made my choice and asked a few questions, I placed the order and paid through AliExpress as instructed.

It's been pretty wet and miserable here lately so I've only done a couple of short laps around the estate, but everything's working perfectly so far. Really happy with how it's come together and looking forward to getting some proper rides in when the weather improves.

Here's my new GV201 build from Tideace — put together mostly with Chinese-sourced components, and I'm seriously impressed 👌

Running 35mm road tyres at the moment since most of my riding's on tarmac. Super comfy, still quick on club runs, and I'm not missing my pure road setup one bit 🚴‍♂️💨

A few hundred KM in and it hasn't missed a beat. The only adjustment so far? Tightening the saddle clamp after the first ride. Everything else — flawless ✅

The fit & finish of the frame is brilliant — love the ice crack paint and custom decals. Frame storage is rattle-free, BB shell and brake mounts were perfect, headset went together like a dream. Took exactly one month from order to delivery to the UK 🇨🇳➡️🇬🇧

Drivetrain: 12s 105 Di2, ZTTO Ultimate 11–36 cassette, ZTTO Rainbow chain, RIRO cranks + XCadey PM, Pass Quest 50/34 rings — shifting has been spot on 🔧

Wheels: Serenade wavey rims (25int/34ext — 50mm rear, 40mm front), laced with Hyperlite spokes & Bitex ratchet hubs by my local builder. Came in at just 1270g 😍

Finishing kit:
Lexon Unox bars • Elita One Master post • Ryet 3D printed saddle • ZTTO T47 BB (with upgraded stainless bearings) • SLT headset bearings for long life 👏

Still hunting for lighter pedals, but as built it's 8.6 kg — not bad at all! 💪

Thanks - I'm really happy with it. When you are buying 'off-plan' from China its a bit daunting as to what you are going to get, but thanks to places like this forum & other similar communities you at least get some confidence.

The paint scheme 'up close' is amazing.

For the fireseeable I'm just going to run it on the road I think. i doubt I'll take it on the trails till next spring now.

Finally collected my wheels from the wheel builder today so managed to get the whole thing complete. A couple of laps around the estate and everything seems fine. Will get a proper ride in on Sunday. Currently have it set up with 35mm road tyres.

Love the way it looks and feels so far 🤩

Well, my frame has obviously arrived. I am having some wheels built up with some Serenade Wavy Rims I bought. These should be ready this week. But the biggest holdup now is the handlebars - I really wasn't happy with the look of the bars that came with the bike so I have ordered some Lexon Unox. When these arrive I can get the build finished off and post some piccys.

I dont know much about BBs so I asked Tom and he said "the bottom bracket for factor frame is T47A-79". So that means the width should be 79mm correct?

I just had this arrive yesterday - The T47a 24mm ceramic for Shimano cranks - Finish & quality seems great for the shell, only time will tell for the bearings but when the time comes I'll swap them out for for some higher quality ones.
