Would be nice to try a 80mm bb drop frame on the road. I don't race and rarely have to pedal through tight corners. But rest of the geometry looks pretty bad who needs a 72.5 degree seat tube.

I asked Mondince to post a video of FM376 with a logo and they did, I think it looks pretty good but the logo is a bit small. Still prefer it to no logo.

Looking good. I'm planning to run the same tires, I'll probably go with black ones though. On what internal width they measure 57mm? Mondince just posted a video of same looking frame on youtube it was probably yours.

My frame got delayed too will have to wait a bit longer.

HBR17 is similar to those aliexpress bars but they have less rise and are much lighter. Also the shape is a bit more round. I like the looks of the HBR17 more it doesn't have that sharp rear edge on the tops. If it had more rise it would be great.

The xmcs road riser bar is almost perfect but I think they might be even heavier than those aliexpress bars. I think they would of been plenty stiff with 40-50g less weight.

The spacer did indeed fix the wobbling issue. But the fit was not good it was bigger than the recessed area on the PP5. I had to file it smaller and it took a long time. So maybe better to order it from Thinkrider.

As I've moved my fit forward I've gone up a bike size. The old pro trend of downsizing a bike and running a very long stem is not ideal with this fit. But if you choose the frame geometry for it I see no handling compromises. It's obvious not only the seat tube can change you need a longer front center too. I wouldn't mind seeing a bit slacker head tube angles too on road bikes.

Trying to figure out the effective STA.

Does the offset matter when the angle is measured from the bb. The real angle of the seat tube must be even less steep. I considered this frame but it looks a bit too slack. Unless it's measured in some different way.

Hunt wouldn't be my first choice if I was looking for something reliable. DT Swiss GR1600 have a reputation of being bomb proof they have a 130kg max system weight. But at that weight I would also look into 28 spoke options.

If budget is not limiting for example Lightbicycle can build you wheelset with reinforced carbon rims with 28 spokes and you can choose stronger spokes.

I asked about that and said it's probably better to place it before the width change. They said the logo is not that big it fits well. At least on my xl frame it should be ok. Maybe on smaller sizes it's not in the center anymore.

I ordered the dark green color xl frame. I chose to have the default Mondince logo on the downtube and headtube. I prefer a logo to unbranded look. Can someone  post a pic of the headtube from the front I'm wondering how narrow it is.

It's quite important to me. An unbranded frame without a logo looks cheap to me and is lacking identity. I got no answer from xmcs about the logo or other questions so I decided to go with Mondince FM376. The specs are pretty close to this and they have a decent looking logo and good paint options.

I hope this ancient trend of thinking that larger sizes need extra amount of setback will end soon. Longer riders have longer legs which already gives them more setback. We don't need slacker seat tube angles and be forced to buy setback seatposts.
