Yohobike has been shutdown. Last time all their sellers (Lily and Tom) were online, it was a week ago. Apparently, after TaiwenEisen got caught almost a year ago, Yohobike encountered the same faith.

« on: May 13, 2026, 09:51:37 PM »White decals. I just got a fingernail into an edge and the whole thing peeled up. Some spots left adhesive but I just used the peeled-off decal and dabbed those spots to pull up everything else.
Ended with two fresh wheels, no need for any solvents, cleaning chemicals, soap, or anything else.
What how ? Even with a hair dryer I could not remove the decals...

Hi,
I have a question for those who owns the Leese Max 24mm spindle. I am currently trying to build a bike with this crankset and I have a Shimano BB BSA. I wonder how many spacers/washers I need to use to replicate the Shimano R8100 (R7100/R9200) chainline ? I put 1.5mm on both of the NDS and DS, but for some reasons.. it's not flawless like a R8100 crankset.
I use 1.5mm on the DS because it gives me enough room to adjust the FD as it was a Shimano crankset. If I use less than 1.5mm, when I am the smallest cog and biggest chainring, the chain is rubbing the inner plate of the FD and it's not supposed to be close to it but close of the outer plate by ~1mm.
Moreover, when I am shifting the gears of my R8100 Ultegra groupset, for a certain reason the 3-4th gear (starting from the smallest cog) struggle so bad when I am upshifting (like going from the biggest cog to the smallest one). However, it works well when I go from the lowest to the biggest.
I hope anyone can help me, I spent an afternoon figuring this out. Cheers

I have several Tagoola wheels and just got this one. I am a bit dubious with those wheels.
For the overall price, it seems to be a very good bargain (weight, carbon spokes etc..). However, when I squeeze the wheels, it's very soft in comparison with the Tagoola. With those latters (the four pairs from the cheapest to the most expensive model I got), I have hard time to squeeze them but with the Kore wheels, it's easy to squeeze them and see distortion.
For the other owners, if you can provide me your insight, it would be interesting. Thanks !

Nice build, can you take a picture of the seat tube interior ? I think there is someone who encountered the same issue as yours. My best guess will be that there is an excess of carbon layup that you will have to sand if you want to sit the battery properly in the seat tube as the original SL8.

« on: March 01, 2026, 04:13:58 PM »The handlebars seem really well-made, they are lightweight, and much stiffer compared to the handlebars I got with the Velobuild VB-R-177 (previous bike). Ergonomically, I went with 38cm width, which is narrower than what I had before and I like it so far, but there is no difference in feel compared to normal flat handlebars with an extra headset spacer. Aesthetically, I find them interesting as well and fast-looking, but I wouldn't buy them just for the looks... The minimalism of the regular non-raised design still has a place in my heart.

I'm planning to order a new wheelset for the wife but still not sure which one would be the best. It should be a budget option, and she really likes the sound of the ratchet hubs. So the two options I have:
- Elitewheels SLR Disc (around €550 with shipping+taxes)
- Aeroraptor 50 Wave (around €428 with shipping+taxes)
I only have experience with the Elitewheels SLR Gravel and I'm really happy with it, but the price difference of 28% makes the aeroraptor a nice option (a little bit too nice of a price?).
What would be your recommendation if you would have to choose between them, or does anyone has long term experience with this Tagoola wheelset?

I got 4 pairs of Tagoola. Honestly, they are the best wheels I could ask. When I had a special request, I ask Matter if it is possible to do it and usually all expectations are meet.
