It’s a spacer.
Measure the gap. If it’s over 0.7mm remove the spacer. If it’s less, leave it in.

To my knowledge, with glossy decals on matte frames, the stickers are on top of the paint.
For those who opted for glossy paint, the stickers are underneath the paint.

FYI:
My colour is ‘LCB-7207 Chameleon 7207’ and the decals are ‘laser-etched silver’.
I checked with Jim again because I was initially told that the logos were under the clear coat. Now he told me, ‘The laser-etched silver logo is a special outer label, located outside the transparent protective coating, but it is also baked at high temperatures and will not peel off.’ Thats a bit unfortunate, especially since I asked specifically about it beforehand.

Has anyone here requested and received logos under clear lacquer?

I thought that was standard practice, as I had specifically asked about it, and Jim told me, ‘The logo is located beneath the surface paint, so replacing it requires grinding off the paint.’

Hey all,
I’m following this awesome thread for a while and I’m now also in the process of ordering the new LCR018-D and can’t decide between size 52 or 54.

My details:
– Height: 176 cm
– Inseam: 82.5 cm (measured in underwear using book method)
– Flexibility: not great
– Riding: mostly endurance longer rides, occasionally on flats in aero position

I don’t have a comparable modern bike – my old Bulls was a 56, but it felt too big and isn’t a real reference point geometry-wise.

What I’m considering right now:
   •   Size 52 → 100 mm stem, 15 mm seatpost offset
   •   Size 54 → 90 mm stem (or possibly 80 mm), 15 mm offset

LightCarbon told me both sizes could work — it’s mostly preference. So now I’m trying to make a well-informed decision before placing the order.

From reading through this thread, here’s what I noted from other users around my size:
   •   177 cm / 82 inseam → chose 52 with 380/110 and 0 offset
   •   178 cm / 83 inseam → chose 54 with 380/100
   •   177 cm / 82 inseam → said they’d go 54 with 90 or 80 stem
   •   178 / 87 inseam → going for 52 with 110 stem

If you’re around 174–178 cm, I’d be super interested in hearing what you went for — or would go for — and why.

Also curious to hear from anyone riding a similar endurance-style geometry.
