The guy just really posted his ride; not asking for anything. They are not even consulting if the bike is too small or big.
Is OP your friend? how would you know he needs a different size of bike? how? how?
Just because you read "warning" on some user manual that on one ever reads, doesn't mean you can come here acting like you're the best bike fitter who can easily determine the correct size for the rider.
