Igpsport updated binavi’s and binavi air’s firmware. Biggest changes are in new data fields for cycling dynamics and breathing tymewear sensors. I also noticed choosable colors of route on map fields. Screen brightness for me is the same. Ios app hasn’t been updated yet so all new data fields are customisable only via computer. It’s positive that they still work on it

Is there a way to autocalibrate altitude? In the app I can set my home altitude and I thought it will be automatically update value when gps senses that I am at home but it doesn’t work this way - it’s like a preset so you don’t have to remember what altitude your home is at.
It’s shitty if it doesn’t autocalibrate beacause judging on the barometer altitude is going to drift greatly:/ or I am missing some option

I am not sure about fit files, but you can create your own workout, use some predefined or sync with trainingpeaks and distribute to device. In attachment example of my custom test training. On computer you choose training and it guides you throughout with details which zone you are or should be. I also attach how training screen looks like (it is the same on computer, you can freely customize 4 bottom panels). There is also an option to mimic real ride - you cycle indoors on routes you have ridden irl, although I haven’t tested it yet - for me it’s pointless as I don’t have smart trainer yet. After the training computer rates how well you performed on each stage of predefined workout, you can set goals to speed, cadence, power zones, hr zones, hr, power, %FTP.
I only would like to have more predefined workouts (for now only 8 are available) but you can create your own quite neatly so it’s acceptable.

I bought from AliExpress, official igpsport store. ~196 USD vs 288 USD for “normal” binavi.
I also thought of igs800 (415USD) because I want to have training plans but price difference is way too much and binavi air also has some training plans.

How does it work with bike radars? I mean what kind of sound alerts are available? Are there any? Only beeping when car is ca. 140 m behind or beeping with increased frequency when it approaches? Is it configurable?

IMO If you have cc600 it’s not really worth upgrading. Except map navigation there are not many changes and for navi id rather go for something much better e.g. igpsport not to upgrade again in a year or two.
