i have 1 magene h64 that continues to consume the batteries but it shows the heart rate well.
I solved it by removing the battery every time after training.

After that, I bought magene h303 but after a little time it started to mark too high numbers.
I wrote to the seller and they replaced it but the new one also had the same problem.
