Looks good. Was it actually shipped already?
Last Friday they sent me a photo of a freshly painted batch of frames straight from the oven, telling mine would be sent by Sunday. I gave a specific checklist of things to check during QC and now they need some more additional time "to fix some places" :D The frame better be mint.

What was on your list of things to check? Bottom Bracket, brake mounts etc.?

Here's a picture and a video of the decals on another Mondince frame.

Would be nice to see an actual FM376 Frame with decals to see how they handle the width differnce in the toptube.

Size M

I need less stack and will probably run a separate bar and stem with -12 or -17°. Unfortunately Jack couldn't give details of the headset or dimensions, so need to wait until the frame is here, to figure out what fits.
As far as i got from him it should run an FSA SMR Headset. I think there where some brands that use one of the mondice frames with the FSA SMR Stem so that should pair up nicely.

As far as my contact goes Jack is also really interested in what kind of frames are interesting to western buyers. He asked me why i choose a certain frame and what kind of frames are "in" at the moment. He can also provide frames which are currently not listed on their website if something is intriguing. Although i think thats mostly frames from manufacturers they already use.

Hi,

My name is Leon. I have been cycling for around a year now (at least with a real road bike). Before that i mainly went to the gym and did the occassional run (some structured training as well). I found this forum whilst looking at different chinese cycling products and have been following some topics / wrote some messages in the past.

yes, alibaba directly!
same for me. But I opted for standard raw carbon

So you can get one in raw carbon without the logo? :D

How much did you guys pay for the frame and shipping?

I was in contact with light cycling and he told me:

580$ Frame, seatpost, fork etc. (no handlebar as i dont like the options they have)
150$ for shipping, duties etc. (Germany)
100$ Paintjob (transparent red and some silver logos)

Im trying to understand frame geometyt, isnt frame stack too much big compared to headtube lenght? at least for what the geometry chart says... using bikegeocalc.com they seems wrong
The stack seems to be measured to the top of the stem. This is quite normal for chinese manufactured bikes with this type of design. I think the actual stack would be around 20 or 30mm lower, depending on the "thickness" of the stem. And then on top of that will be the rise of the handlebar. But more information from the manufacturer would be helpfull.

The paint looks really sick, maybe spcycle could face the BB to make sure the paint does not flake away when screwing in the BB.

I'll snap some better photos once the sun is out.

Thanks for the photos, looking forward to the complete build / if the sun is out. The transparent red looks kind of similar to the Angle Cycle Gamma (the gravel bike that is shown in some zara stores) which looks really cool in person and has some silver logos under the red clearcoat. I will try to get such a paintjob from mondice or light cycling with the new FM376.

I am planning on doing something similar with the new mondice FM376 frame. Actually also looking for rival Real derailler and force break leavers :D I am still debating powermeter choices and have little to no clue.

Complex Paintjob is heavier.

I love UD RAW Carbon Glossy. It is so stylish and it is the lightest and the cheapest. So why would I have to pay extra $300 for that?!

And if anything, by putting the LIGHTCARBON logo we are ADVERTISING their brand so we should actually get a discount if we are to have their logo forced onto the frame!

I think for a lot of people the forced logo and connected price hike is a nogo. Especially since most of the eastern brands have weird brand names / logos. If they want to build up a branded design they should at least do some effort in terms of branding.

They were updating the page. Fixed typos in geo chart, added more info in specs.

Ah yes its back now. The only thing i dont get is the different tags/classifications they use. This frame is more aggressive than for example the 366 and they market it as a non race "all terrain" frame. Maybe i just dont know enough about gravel geo :D

The frame looks really good but as of now i get an error 404 when trying to look at the details. It is still listed in the overview of the frames though.

Jack wants to send me a new frame. I'm curious to see if it works out and if anything has changed about the frame compared to the first versions.

That will be quite interesting but i doubt that they already changed the layup.
