Not really, beyond some pictures/videos from the bike shows over the past month. It's a 25mm riser bar from LC and it should "hopefully" be available in the coming months. I would guess it will be available around the time the LCR020 is available (towards the end of Q3/start of Q4 I believe).

Wendy replied that riser HBR20 cockpit will cost extra 63$ and will be available at the end of the year

Lightcarbon offers the titanium mount at an additional cost. I bought one and it looks nice but went with the shorter 3D print out front mount a user posted on here previously. Lighter and kept the Garmin closer to the bars.

You have to account for the bearing cap being 10mm and bars giving 8mm rise. Are you looking at 10mm bearing cap + 40-50mm spacers + 8mm bar rise (60-70mm total) or 40-50mm including the cap and bars? If the second, you should be fine. 20-30mm is nothing wild but I would not want to go over 30mm of spacer. If you and/or the fitter did not realize the bearing cap/bar rise, maybe double check with the fitter to see if that changes anything. Also the 15mm offset vs 0 offset seat post. It will change your position relative to the BB but could shift you forward to run a longer stem.

LC is hopefully going to release a 25mm riser bar in the future.  Pair that with the 56 and you gain an extra 15mm over the HBR17. That is a down the road solution but is an option.

I got a bike fit before purchasing and went with what the fitter said. There is a reason I went to them in the first place. I want to trust your fitter knows what they are doing and is the "expert" on the matter. If they had all the relevant information, their suggestion should be the best fit for you. But I totally get your concern.

Good point. I have considered 8 mm rise on handlebar, but no 10 mm bearing cap. Do you know something more about 25 mm riser cockpit?

I'm now wondering about the large stack of spacers.

Before deciding on the LCR018D, I had a bike sizing session. I was convinced that size 56 would be the right choice, but the fitter said my position would be too aggressive because I'm 182.5 cm tall with a 92.5 cm inseam (yes, I know that's a pretty unusual combination).

He recommended going with size 58 and an 80 mm stem. My concern is that such a short stem might make the steering feel too quick and also leaves me with very little room for future adjustments.

Do you think a size 56 with a 90 mm stem and 40-50 mm of spacers is a viable setup? Has anyone here actually ridden the LCR018D with that many spacers and if so, how does it affect the handling and front-end stiffness in real-world riding?

I’ve just finished the Quebrantahuesos race in Spain—197 km with 3,600 meters of elevation gain—on my LightCarbon bike, hitting top speeds of 78 km/h, and I didn't have a single issue. The bike performs perfectly. Best regards.

How many spacers did you install in total? I thought max is 40 mm

Leaning towards the LCR018 in this silver chrome to black gradient. Planning to pair it with Serenade 50mm wheels (1318g) and 105 Di2 when I find a good deal. This visual shows the goal. I’m aiming for a total weight around 8 kg. Do you think it’s realistic with this setup?

I ordered the C52DB Disc Brake wheels with the upgraded C-Xray spokes with my frame.  They discounted the wheels to $489 plus delivery.  (frame and wheels was $283)

Wendy offers me c53db for 479$ + 120$ shipment to PL. Its not possibile to ship it together with the frame in one package.
Have you received your wheels already? If so, any thoughts?

Does anyone here have this frame in a full silver/grey colorway or perhaps a custom combination using these light tones?
I’d love to see how the light hits these aero shapes in the wild.
Also, can anyone recommend the C53DB wheelset from LC? I’m looking for a 50mm depth carbon wheelset with a 23-25mm internal width (running 32-38mm tires). Is there anything else you’d recommend in the $500–$600 bracket (total shipped to EU)?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some geometry advice on the LightCarbon LCR018 frameset as I have quite extreme body proportions and I’m struggling to pick the right size and stem length for my build. My current bike is a size 61, which was a result of some bad advice from a friend, and it's definitely way too big for me.

My height is 182 cm with a 92 cm inseam, which means I have very long legs relative to my height. I am also recovering from ACL surgery, so I need a stable setup that is not too punishing on the knee while remaining fast.

Looking at the geometry chart for the LCR018-D, size 540 has a reach of 383 mm and a stack of 569 mm, whereas size 560 offers a reach of 389 mm and a stack of 586.8 mm. My main concern is that with a 92 cm inseam, my saddle height will be very high and on a size 540, the saddle-to-handlebar drop would be massive. I am leaning towards the size 560 to benefit from the extra 17.8 mm of stack height, but I am worried about the 389 mm reach being too long for my relatively short torso.

I am considering using a shorter stem, perhaps 90 mm or 100 mm from the available options, to compensate for the longer reach on the 560 frame and I wonder if anyone with similar 'all legs' proportions has experience with a shorter stem on this specific integrated cockpit.

Given that the LCR018 has a fully integrated cable routing system and a specific cockpit setup, would you suggest doing a professional bike fit before ordering the frame and handlebar, or is this geometry standard enough to adjust later? If anyone with a 90+ cm inseam has built this frame, I would love to hear what size and stem length you chose to avoid feeling too stretched out while keeping the front end high enough.
