i can't see why not, it uses a 1 1/8 steerer tube so you can use regular stem. It might look a bit goofy if you have to put spacers under the stem (and if you don't its gonna be hella slammed).

yep same as TT:one, they use a lower modulus carbon so a bit heavier (i think you can ask for the higher-mod layup). My TT017 even came with QP stamped on the bottle cage bolts and front mech hanger.

i can't remember exactly from my build, only that the semi-cylindrical washers are used on the bolts that attach the adaptor plate to the mono rider.

yes you may have cut it too long - try putting a 2mm steerer spacer under the top cap and then compress.

I've been using the Ltwoo erx TT groupset for about 4 months now with no problems. I bought it because it was cheap and i just wanted to try it. I do local club TTs, its not like i will pay big money to fly somewhere to do a race, and i'm not in the league to compete for a national TT title, so its a low consequence should it fail on me on race day. Agree with what others have said above - if you want a more reliable option go for SRAM blips with derailleurs, and pick a non-shimano/SRAM hydro brake setup.

i used 5.5nm on seat clamp and stem pinch bolts. both have held fine with no slippage. nothing was printed on my frame or any other instructions were provided.

i was under the impression that external width of rear TT disc wheels isn't as important compared to width of spoked wheels on the front. if you look at some of the leading brands (enve, aerocoach) you will see most of them at 28mm external. because the wind doesn't have to transition over the rim profile, it just moves along the surface of the disc, width isn't as important on the rear disc.

i can't speak to your first question, but for question 2, the winow arb02 is a direct fit onto the supplied adaptor plate. Its not entirely clean or pretty (the circular carbon extension mounts poke out a bit, unless you want to cut them off). i purchased this adaptor plate and drilled out the hole spacing so it would match the mono riser bolt spacing for a slightly cleaner look:

ICAN don't list it on their website - message them directly (email or whatsapp) and they will confirm if it is available. I ordered it in Feb this year. I believe they manufacture it for Quickpro.

the only reason i got a second adaptor plate is so i can move my aero extensions out a bit further. if you get the correct length extensions there is no need to order that one (it actually doesn't fit the mono riser at all, i cut it in two and bolted to the plate above).

i know you are asking Ssseebbb for an update, but i thought it would as good a time as any to update my build (since i've changed my cockpit). I considered the TR:One cockpit but decided against it. I really wanted the adaptor plate it was mounted on because it matched the mono riser for the TT:One but quickpro would not sell to me separately. So i went and bought a Winow ARB02N extensions (size small) and used an adaptor plate i found on AliX that i just drilled out to match the mono riser bolt spacing. Not entirely settled on the position yet, and if i am truthful, i should have bought size medium, but i have ordered another adaptor plate that will hopefully allow me to move the bars forward a bit.

if you have a local carbon repair specialist (or even your LBS) take it to them and get an opinion.

that doesn't look good. maybe load it into you fav AI app and see what that says. have you contacted winow? i would ask them to replace it. having said that once you clamp it with a stem that will go a long way to hold it together. however if its new they should replace it.
